Fairfield Harbour resort with WI-FI and Recreation Center membership included

The Windjammer Villas I units are ideally located surrounding Forest Lake, one of three man-made lakes on the resort. Sit back and enjoy the natural beauty, and watch the birds from the screened-porch or deck. These units are within a 5 minute walk to the Northwest Creek Marina and the Broad Creek Recreation Center. Windjammer Villas condominiums offer privacy for four, while accommodating up to six guests.

This two bedroom unit features a queen bed in one bedroom, and two twin beds in the other bedroom. The units feature a full kitchen with service for six, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, two full baths, and three televisions and a jacuzzi. This single level unit makes it easy for everyone to move about freely. These beautiful condominiums feature all of the comforts of home in a great setting. This is a terrific choice for a family vacation.

For your convenience, our guests have a complementary membership for the duration of their stay at the Broad Creek Recreation Center, which is just a mile from this resort. Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Harbour/Windjammer Villas, located on the Neuse River, offers two outdoor pools, 11 tennis courts (four are lighted), a recreation center with an indoor pool, a miniature golf course, one 18-hole golf courses, a whirlpool, and boat slips which can accommodate boats up to 60 feet in length. Rental boats are available in New Bern. The recreation center was impacted by Hurricane Florence and will reopen in April 2019.

All of our condominiums have complementary items such as dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, bathroom tissue and soap to help you enjoy your stay.

A great location and well equipped condo

We had a great time. The rec center pool was wonderful and we had 2 great meals at the Point Harbor golf course restaurant. The location was good to to the sights in New Bern, and was safe and relaxing. Really a nice place. I'd go again and stay in the same place.

Beautiful place with a lot to do.

Beautiful place with a lot to do. We just needed to attend the welcome breakfast social and we were helped with many things to do including, attractions, dining, sight seeing, beaches and more. It took us a couple days to get familiar with locations to go and then we didn't even need much gps navigation. The local people are friendly and welcoming.

Last minute Labor Day trip

My family decided to take a last minute trip and was lucky enough to have been able to stay at this condo. It was very clean and provided us with all of the items that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and it was spacious for my family of four. The big jacuzzi tub was a hit with my two kids. The pool was very close by and we were able to enjoy time together swimming in it. Management was easy to communicate with and provided recommendations to nearby places for us to venture to.

New Bern Condo

The Condo was very nice and the location was perfect for us. Beautiful views! The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the water. It’s well water and I just wasn’t prepared for the smell. Other than that, it was perfect!

Great property, well maintained and stocked with everything you would need. The only issue..the walls are paper thin. I could hear the people next to me as if they were in my unit. I could hear them shut drawers, in the tub and their bed squeaking.

Relaxing and Peaceful

When we first got to the condo and walked in the door I was very impressed with the lay out of the interior. The bathroom was AMAZING!! The screened in porch was wonderful and kept the bugs away, which was important since this condo was just yards away from the most quaint, serene pond. I enjoyed watching a doe eating the vegetation on a tiny little island right off the bank. Many varieties of birds. The only thing I would say was slightly unpleasant was the frogs and bullfrogs at night. They were deafening almost LOL but hey, that was part of the intrigue. New Berne was a great little town with lots of history. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for camp pickup

We stayed here while picking up our camper from Sea Gull. Great location and stayed to enjoy pool with putt putting. Checkin process as a late arrival in the dark was a bit challenging and you had to return the following morning for new keys/ resort passes. Also would have hoped for king size pillows in primary bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a meal.

Great condo on pond

Enjoyed this property, it was quiet, peaceful and scenic. We saw deer every night. Sarah and Aaron were especially helpful. They took time out of their busy schedule to meet with us and briefed us on the local area. The information they provided was invaluable. Strongly recommend them to future travelers.
