Historic Downtown New Bern one bedroom condo in the heart of our city. More than 20 restaurants/bars within one block. Specialty gift shops, turn of the century Hardware Store, Ladies and Men's clothing boutiques surround you. One block from the confluence of the Neuse and Trent Rivers at Union Point Park! There is no more central location than this. A perfect place for romantic getaways! Tryon Palace, Historic Homes and Parks are just outside the front door.

Perhaps the most convenient property located in the center of our beautifully restored historic business district. I am just below in my furniture store if you need anything at all.

What makes this property unique

I designed and built this condo in 2003 while expanding my family business below. The unit is well-appointed with heavy moldings, custom cabinets, granite and bronze hardware from England.
