Historic Downtown New Bern two-bedroom condo in the heart of our city. More than 20 restaurants/bars within one block. Specialty gift shops, turn of the century Hardware Store, Ladies and Men's clothing boutiques surround you. One block from the confluence of the Neuse and Trent Rivers at Union Point Park! There is no more central location than this. A perfect place for romantic getaways! Tryon Palace, Historic Homes and Parks are just outside the front door.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

We will do all the laundry and cleaning including taking out the trash. Return keys to the "A" lock box, Code 3071, at the front door and we will take care of everything else! Come back again soon!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Mature pets allowed with approval of owner and a fee of $45
