New construction family friendly modern home in the desirable Culloden Shores Private Community with just a short walk to your own private Montauk beach on the bay. Perfect setup for families, with a fully fenced in, well appointed yard, and salt water pool. Walkable to the dock that features boat trips, restaurants, a grocery store/butcher, Gosman’s famous fish market, ice cream and shops.

This gorgeous, spacious, clean, light filled home is appointed with chic modern decor and beachy accents. Large doors open up onto a deck & pool area- making summer indoor/ outdoor living idea, even includes an office set up and workout on the lower level.

We typically rent only to families, and do not allow group rentals or share houses. We do not allow parties or events on the property. We ask that you be considerate of your new neighbors. Outside quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Noise that is audible beyond the property during this time is prohibited. During non quiet hours the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.

No more than 4 vehicles are permitted to park at the property overnight. There is no parking in the street.

Montauk Perfection

This is the most wonderful home in an absolutely perfect location. We visited with 7 people total- including a 5 year old, a 6 month old and grandparents. Everyone loved the backyard, the pool and the quick walk to the beautiful beach. The home is modern and in great condition. It was stocked with everything needed! Thank you for a wonderful vacation and for being such gracious and responsive hosts! No notes. We hope to come back one day!

A perfect spot in Montauk

We had three generations of our family staying at this property - 2 8-year olds, 2 43-year olds and 2 70-year olds - and everyone loved the house! It was immaculate, perfectly appointed and wonderfully located. I highly recommend this property!
