1 Bedroom / 1 full Bath in Beautiful, 5-star, Sonora Spa Beachfront resort, one of the most sought-after resort in Puerto Peñasco/Rocky Point. Direct Views of the Sea of Cortez from the patio deck, kitchen and living room area.
Custom made wood patio bench for you to enjoy a night sky perfect for stargazing or sunset.
New paint, New tile throughout, new kitchen cabinets, new kitchen sink n faucet.
New stunning shower tile n new glass on the bathroom shower. New bathroom cabinet n mirror. New kitchen bar stools and new stain steel appliances.
Gourmet kitchen, roomy master with King memory foam mattress bed, luxurious bedding n towels. 2 smart TVs. Upgraded mattress on sofa bed. 2 huge pools, and restaurant, 2 heated pools during winter, 2 Hot-tubs, tennis court. BBQ area...Lush tropical landscaping throughout. Fall in love with Sandy Beach!
We can add and extra guest (guest #5) for only $30 extra per night. We do need 2 days notice to be able to get and extra wristband from the resort HOA office.
There's lots of restaurants within walking distance from the resort and you will be on the most SAFE area in town. Security guard gate 24/7. Only resort guest are allow. We only do 3 nights stay on all long weekends and festivals please.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location, nice property. Was very loud when in the bedroom with the bar with live music across the street. Nothing to be done about that :) Some difficulties getting information timely but some of it was my error. Overall a great experience.

The staff is friendly, and they keep it clean the property. I felt safe with the security at the gate. The room had everything we needed, and it was very close to restaurants and bars..

Ac unit very load hard to sleep , recliner does not work, sofa and recliner needs to be cleaned , slider needs to be worked on hard time to open , had to buy batters for front door lock , wife had to clean bed frame dusty and Stain on it , balcony furniture needs to be updated. Grate view and location .

Dear guest, the ac units works perfect. We have never had a complaint from any of past guest since we bought a new AC unit 1 year ago. I wish you could of told me that something was wrong when I spoke with you twice. We check the sofa and reclyner and it works perfect 👍 and doesnt need to be clean either. It's in good shape...NOT NEW! I guide you over the phone how to open the slider and you open it correctly during your stay with my instructions over the phone because you were not doing it correctly. Never received a picture/comment of the stains or anything that need it cleaning. I'm sorry we couldnt do the late check out you requested for free. We had another guest checking in the same day. I didnt know you were going to give us 3 STARS ⭐️ just because we could not help you on your LATE CHECK OUT You requested. This is not right on your end HONESTLY. THIS IS BAD. We had almost ALL 5 ⭐️ REVIEWS from all our past guest for several years on our fully remodel BEACH FRONT WITH DIRECT OCEAN VIEWS! Thank you for your stay.

Good place

The place was excellent; however there was quite a bit of hair in the shower and the air conditioning is very loud. It needs AC maintenance.
