Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath end residence at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness room and business center.

All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 429 is located on the top-floor ocean end, and offers beautiful ocean views from the living room, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and dining area. Beach Club 429 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service. Best views in the Beach Club!

Beautiful ocean view, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, immaculate, responsive management. The decor is a bit dated - but the view, the cleanliness and the spacious rooms makes up for that.

This condo had a lovely view of the sunrise and ocean. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable. Good wi-fi access and great location to walk or bike to restaurants and neighborhood shops.

Lovely Beach Get A Way

Perfect Location - spacious, clean and in the heart of St. Simons

Loved the place, great communication and amenities, bathroom plumbing ( water pressure & toilets ) needs to improve! Our 2nd stay here and would book it again!

Beautiful view!

The view was absolutely amazing! Exactly as advertised. There was a gate that led to the beach for early morning walks. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful experience on St. Simons Island!

Great room, with a great view! The walk from the room to the beach is a long walk getting over the dunes! It’s a St Simon’s problem though.

Wonderfully relaxing!

We come to St Simon every year and have stayed at the Beach Club several times. We love it! This was the first time we were able to get the front #429...made the trip even better. The only issue was trying to get to the beach with the water issues.

Awesome location.

We had an amazing time. Definitely would return. Unfortunately toilet in master was clogged and cleaning crew left plunger sitting out. Cookware and glassware all had to be pre washed lots of dried food in pots. Tack stips exposed in master bedroom had to be covered by towels to protect our feet. Even with these few disappointments we had a great trip and loved the condo. Beautifully decorated with an awesome oceanfront veiw.

Left note for maintenance to clean right master bath sink drain which tended to plug. Toaster did not work. Master shower valve control needs to be tightened or replaced.

Wet Carpet

We checked-in very late on Friday night...not a problem. A STRONG chemical smell greeted us causing our eyes to water and nose to sting. I entered the bedroom which is carpeted. When I walked from the carpet to the tile in the bathroom, I slipped and almost fell. I checked the carpet in the bedroom and it was extremely wet. I had to open all windows and sliding doors to circulate air in the unit. When we left on Sunday the carpet was still very damp. The management company, Hodnett Cooper, promised a partial refund which has yet to materialize. VERY disappointed.

The carpets had been cleaned the day before when guests checked out so they were still wet as discussed when you called in. We are sorry that did not dry in time for your visit. We always encourage guests to contact us immediately instead of when they check out as we can possibly move them to a better location. However, we did honor your request of a partial refund. We appreciate your visit and hope you will come back soon.

Great location.

It was nice with a good location. Only issue was parking really was difficult on the weekend/4th of July holiday. Condo was very dated but extremely clean and comfortable.

Tight parking for large autos. Unit needs updating. Ceiling air vent in living area leaked and was molded around unit. Really needed detail cleaning however still enjoyed our wonderful vacation!
