King and Prince Oceanfront Resort is located on St. Simons Island in a quaint village on the Atlantic Ocean that boasts huge live oaks dripping with Spanish moss, marshland views, and nature at its best. This historic place has excellent restaurants and wonderful shops as well as bicycle trails, golf courses, and tennis courts. The beach itself is very wide, ideal for walking, biking, flying kites, playing games, or just relaxing. The famous King and Prince Resort was voted "Georgia's Favorite Beach Resort" by the readers of Southern Living. You can affordably stay at this resort in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view condominium which is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. The balcony features wonderful views and ocean breezes. The condominium complex offers a private pool, hot tub, gas grills and secure, gated parking. The unit has its own assigned covered parking space. Our guests can walk to the village and the pier on the beach on back roads. Some of the best restaurants on the island and bike rentals are located just a couple of blocks from the unit.

You have access to the South Villa Condo pool, hot tub and grills. You DO NOT have access to the King & Prince main pool. No pets, No smoking, No student groups, No parties or wedding events.

This condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach. Close to everything and even walkable to many restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and space was very clean. Would definitely book again!

The unit was exactly as described. Clean, with a fresh smell. We could see the ocean and the pool from the balcony. Beach access is super easy (coming from the wife of a bilateral below knee amputee.). Plenty of parking. Villa was stocked with plenty of linens, toilet tissue and paper towels. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Bed in master was very comfy. We hope to get back there soon!
