Our home is in the Olde Town Historic District and is super close to downtown restaurants, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love our home because our historic neighborhood is only 5 minutes from the Masters and you will not have to fight the golf traffic!
We have tons of off street parking.

Front porch is a wrap-around, perfect for sitting and talking. Gas grill on the side porch. Living Room has 2 large couches, several comfy chairs, 46" HD Flat-screen, Xfinity Comcast and wireless Internet. Wifi pass code will be given to you upon arrival. Check-in time and check-out time is flexible. Tons of off street parking.

My wife and I moved to Augusta 11 years ago and absolutely love living in the historic district of Olde Town. The neighborhood is super trendy and the neighbors are friendly! This is front porch living!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because of its historic charm and its proximity to Downtown. We literally live in walking distance to all the downtown amenities (restaurants, bars, shopping and walking) and we love kayaking on the river!
