Fresh to the market, never rented by us. All brand new, EVERYTHING!
PRIME Sea Isle City location, corner of 39th and Pleasure.
Steps to everything, Across the street from the hottest beach in town!! Park your car and walk to everything. Beautiful brand-new HD TVs in every room of the house. Brand new designer furniture through out. (1 parking spot) Amazingly large deck with ocean views. Ocean views from every room in the house.*** NO Linens, towels, beach tags provided.*** I can provide you with a concierge service phone number that will come in and provide all the linens and make the beds for you too! We still have minor work to do in the house, like replace a deck that we removed. The house is big and beautiful and want to share it with a very SELECT few. This is not your typical "side by side" beach house, this house is well over 100 years old and we have very lovingly restored it. It's very quirky and so very cool. The very best location in SIC.
