We had a wonderful stay at this home for New Year’s! The space was comfortable and had everything we needed - the kitchen was perfectly equipped for family meals, and we had plenty of room to relax together. The host provided clear instructions about all the home amenities, which made settling in easy, and their communication throughout our stay was excellent. It was the ideal setting to ring in the new year as a family. We’d definitely recommend this property and would love to return!

Wonderful home! Amazing great room and beautiful master suites!

We've been coming to the Sunriver area for nearly 30 years and have stayed in many different homes in the area. This was one of the best! Well stocked, plenty of room and very comfortable.

This was the perfect home for our family reunion! The large living space, well-supplied kitchen (with its 2 dishwashers) and huge dining table, combined with the 6 comfortable en suite king bedrooms and an amazing bunk room gave us everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and pickle ball courts as well as the bike trails. Stephanie was quick to answer our questions and pleasant to deal with. We heartily recommend this home!

Lovely home

We were a group of 12 at our yearly family vacation. We had 3 generations ranging in age from 9 to 82. Everyone found this house to be comfortable, spacious, and well supplied. It was close to activities for everyone, and all asked to come back next year.

Amazing House!

The house and location are amazing. The internet was a little spotty in that area- Bend broadband problem not the house but you can use a hot spot and solve the problem. Property manager was amazing and great to get back to us quickly!! We would love to stay again.

Fabulous!

We have a family reunion for 16 - 20 people every two years. We have been doing this for the last 12 years in properties all over the United States. This is by far the best house and location we have held our reunion. Everyone felt comfortable and relaxed in this house. They literally have thought of everything families need to have a relaxing vacation!

House has new owners/managers

House design and location great and as advertised. Kitchen well stocked and 2 dishwashers a big plus. House has new owners and managers since we first made our reservation and new manager is off site, so when we had house issues (plugged toilet, door handle broke, etc) it took a while to get things fixed

Thank you for your review! We appreciate and take all feedback very seriously. In response to some of your concerns it is very common for VRBO Sunriver home-owners to live out of town. However, I was immediately available by phone every time you called. Also, I understand it wasn't the most convenient to wait the extra day until a plumber was able to remove the product that was stuck in the toilet. We appreciate your patience and willing to use one of the other 7 restrooms in the house until Monday when it was fixed. Throughout Caldera Springs and Sunriver, our home is one of the most pristine and we hope to have you and your family back in our home next year!

Family Getaway

This home was great for four families. We could have fit more comfortably. The kids enjoyed the ping pong and foos ball and the bunk room was a great place for them to unwind and go to bed at night. Parents enjoyed the great cooking space and plenty of room to relax. Liya was easy to get in touch with and very good at helping us locate items in the home. The Quarry is a very short bike ride or walk away and that made for some good golf/swimming time for all.

Annual Family Vacation

Our family has been gathering in Sunriver for an annual vacation since 1995. We switched to Caldera Springs eight years ago. This home is by far the best we have stayed in during all these years. 2023 was the third time we have rented it plus we have already reserved for 2024. It is a well maintained home with periodic upgrades in furniture and bedding plus a very well equipped kitchen. Stephanie is helpful and responsive.

Family ski vacation

Excellent property. People who had been at the property just before us had clearly left a mess and cleaners needed several additional hours to get the place presentable. We felt the need to vacuum again, and we left the place cleaner than what was the situation upon our arrival. Otherwise, very comfortable and well stocked. Stephanie was very responsive to my questions.

Fantastic house, perfect for large groups!

My extended family just completed a week-long stay and loved the house, we immediately booked a return for next summer! Great layout, tons of space in the large common areas, and enough bedrooms for everyone to have some private space when needed. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of pots, pans and baking sheets, tons of dishes and appliances were all top of the line. Great outdoor seating areas with a large table and covered fire pit area. Lots of bikes and activities for kids with ping pong, foosball, air hockey and the hot tub! Also, one note I didn't see in the listing is the eight passes to Quarry Pool are good for two people each, so covers up to 16 guests! Looking forward to our return visit!

We really enjoyed the house, and it was perfect for our family. The house was well equipped and very clean. We didn't realize we didn't have the amenities of belonging to Sun River Resorts which would have given us access to the resort pool and big discounts for golfing.
