The suite is very well laid out for two people. It's comfortable, secure, well equipped, spotlessly clean and very well located for all Annecy has to offer. The 62 steps up didn't bother us too much, but may be difficult for those less mobile or with lots of luggage. We had a delightful few days in a beautiful city. Dominique's instructions were extremely clear and we had no trouble checking in or out.

And yes, there are 62 steps to reach the apartment! They are very much part of the character and charm of staying in a 17th-century building in the heart of Annecy’s historic old town. Fortunately, the staircase is also rather more manageable than some of the other staircases in the surrounding historic buildings! I’m especially pleased that you found the check-in and check-out instructions clear and easy to follow. Dominique, the host, was very friendly and the Check-in went without any problems.The appartment is located very closely to the center of the city so that the restaurants and cafés are just a few hundred meters to walk.There are two fans in the appartment which can cool the room a little down.

What an amazing stay

We loved everything about this apartment. Located in central old village it was close to everything. Dominique was amazing and made our stay very comfortable. 10/10 I would highly recommend.

A great stay

The apartment was exactly as described and it was great. Fantastic location and had everything. As I was there in summer it was warm, however you could open up the windows and cool the space down. The stairs were fine - it’s a very old building and it added character.

Delightful hosts, delightful Annecy

Dominique and Pascal could not have been any more accommodating! The apartment was very clean and cozy. with a perfect location. Her book of directions was in both French and English which saved us translation!We would have stayed longer.Only one caution…..the 3.5 flights of stairs would be a challenge for anyone with a health issue. It added “steps” to our fitness app!

It's in a fabulous spot, Annecy is lovely. But we just happen to arrive in a heat wave & there was no air-conditioning so it was hot & we found it hard to sleep. We also missed the notice on the listing of 62 stairs up to the room & with 2 large heavy bags & being in our 60s, it wasn't easy to traverse the upper stairs.
