Alderwood lake house Sanford/Orlando near SFB

Our lovely home overlooks Lake Ada in Sanford, Florida. This lake is a hidden gem just 10 minutes drive to Sanford International Airport SFB. Cozy and comfortable setting, in the midst of all that Sanford has to offer.

This comfortable home updated laminate floors, a large master suite with private bathroom. This is a split bedroom plan with the master on the opposite side of the home as the other bedrooms for added privacy. There are two full bathrooms and a nice screened porch overlooking the lake.

There are two flat screen smart TV's in the home. One in the family room and one in the master bedroom. We have many local channels available via antenna along with Netflix and many other viewing options available through the smart TV. You are also welcome to watch movies that we keep on site.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely enjoyed mornings on the dock and evenings on the lanai. Location was close to the airport and our wedding venue, as well as downtown Sanford. We came to FL with another couple for the Daytona 500 and a couple of days at Disney - this house was in a perfect location for both! It was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The screened-in back patio was wonderful for morning coffee. The host was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was satisfactory and the kitchen had everything we needed. Area was peaceful and quiet. There may be a problem with the one smoke detector between the 2 room because one time the other smoke detector went off, but that one did not. Would stay there again.
