The standout feature is your private Hot Tub Lounge — an A/C-cooled, fully enclosed room with dual sliding doors that open to the patio, perfect for relaxing day or night as the desert sky shifts from sun to stars.

Everything was readily available & the hosts were very responsive & quick to reply to any questions we had. It was amazing having everything needed to cook! The hot tub felt amazing after a long day on the lake. We will totally be staying here again :)

If you are coming here, it's a great spot!

To be honest, this city in early September is almost impossible to enjoy! This property gave us the retreat we needed. Cool, clean and perfect for us.

Peaceful escape

Anniversary Getaway

The property was as presented. Very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed checking out the evening stars. We don't see stars like that in the desert of Las Vegas? Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent home

This was our first time visiting lake havasu city and we enjoyed our stay here! The check-in process was super easy and the home was perfect for us and another couple. The home was extremely clean and is well stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed the outdoor space in the back and would hangout and drink our coffee there in the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet and safe located about 5 minutes up the hill from the London bridge area. Definitely recommend this home if you're looking for a place in Havasu.

Perfect for our trip!

We loved staying at this Villa! It was perfectly as advertised. After days of renting a pontoon to see the beautiful sites of the lake, renting a side by side to venture to the desert bar and even a day trip to Joshua tree National park we’d come home and relax in the hot tub or in the living room with the giant TV my husband loved! Sarah and Edward were awesome with communication and made everything so easy!!! The villa was beautiful and clean ! The bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows to choose from . I highly recommend staying here and thank Sarah, Edward and staff! Alisa & Chad

Although we never actually made it to the house due to Hurricane Hilary, I have to say that Sarah was amazing to communicate with and she was extremely understanding when I let her know the rangers turned us around. Even though it was a non refundable trip she even offered to give us a break when we rebook. Completely above and beyond. Thanks, Sarah! I’ll be in touch soon!

Nice quiet and Cozy Place

The place was exactly described in the picture and post. Very nice and was perfect for the 3 of us, very dog friendly. Very comfortable and was in a good area to get too downtown. Would defiantly stay here again. Highly recommended. Owners were very helpful and nice, they also got back to you quickly.

Had a great stay at this property. It is very clean and stocked with everything you need to be comfortable - extra blankets, kitchenware, towels, toiletries, games, and more. The beds are comfortable and our daughter loved the bunk bed! The hot tub is very nice after a long day at the lake! The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!
