Return and relax at this centrally located, easy boat access with lake view home. This house is close to state park, boat launch, restaurants, bars and entertainment. Inside you’ll find it’s very clean with a spacious living room and all new interior, appliances and furniture, 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, and laundry room. This home also offers free wi-fi internet, 2 car garage. Back yard has shaded patio dining area, with a 4 burner barbecue grill, also we are very excited about our long awaited beautiful concrete/travertine pool and spa just completed! living room offers 78” smart T.V. and entertainment center, huge plush sectional couch, with very comfortable and new queen size sofa sleeper.
Both bedrooms have 52” smart T.V.s in each with huge walk in closets, and twin trundle beds. This home will sleep 6 people comfortably but can accommodate up to 8 with a trundle bed and sectional couch.
Kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home stocked with stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, crockpot, Tupperware, blender, ice maker, spices, etc.

You can relax knowing that this property will be ready for you and we’ll be a phone call or text away 24/7.

2 security cameras can be disabled easily by the guests for privacy , Also 2 full size Video game cabinets Golfing and street fighter for kids and adults -POLICIES-

Had a good stay. Andrew was very responsive to questions we had. Lake Havasu City is a bit of a chalange to navigate, but that is not Andrew's problem.

Great location near family for visiting. Walking distance to family that lives in Havasu, so super convenient. Enjoyed the arcade games too. Very roomy for only 2 bedrooms. House was perfect for our stay. Easy communication with owner. Would stay again, if available.

The house was great with plenty of space. The couches were comfy and loved the recliners. We had a very relaxing restful stay and getting into town was easy and fast. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is incredibly clean and cozy…everything is new! The beds are very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, great T.V.’s and the pool/spa are outstanding! Couldn't ask for better communication with property management! Will definitely stay here again!!!

Escape from the cold

The house was large and so comfortable. This was one of the best stocked properties we have ever stayed at. We so appreciated having everything we needed. Andy was quick to reply when we had a question on the hot tub. The hot tub was very relaxing and my handicapped husband could also get in the hot tub. Great home to stay at!!!

Fabulous - every detail covered, great location

My husband and I spent 5 days in this wonderful home - which really felt like being at home. The owner was great with communication and has equipped the house with most everything you'll need. The king bed (the only one we used) was wonderfully comfortable. It is just a short 2-4 miles to several different areas with fun restaurants. We would stay here again.

Absolutely Wonderful

The home was perfect for our Lake Havasu trip. The house was very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was very easy to heat up and was so nice to relax in. The owner Andy was great with answering our questions and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again for future Lake Havasu visits. My wife and I travel early spring every year to the sun. Andy was a great host.great communication. Nice house great pool and spa. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of space for extra vehicles, boat etc. Shaded back patio by the pool was great for morning coffee, lunch.

Nice House Great Neighborhood!

Once we arrived we were surprised at how roomy the house was and surprised that it was nicer than the photos showed. The house had everything we needed and the spa and pool were the perfect size for my teenage granddaughters and friends. Andy was always responsive and took the time to answer any questions we had which were not much because the house is well prepared for guests. Thank you for sharing your home!

We will stay here again!

The house was just as shown online. The main reason why we selected this house was location and because of the pool and hot tub. The house turned out to be a huge blessing. The beds were so comfortable you wanted to sleep in a little longer. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions and was very polite. Andrew my family will 100% be back to stay with you. If I have my way this will be the only place we stay while in Lake Havasu.

Perfect house in a perfect place

This house in this location of lake havasu is as good as it gets. House was clean, spa/pool was clean, beds and washrooms were clean. This house has everything you need plus more! Our only complaint was the main tv in the living room was a little bit annoying. Not sure if the batteries on the remote were almost dead or what the case was but it felt like every-time I clicked a button on the remote it felt very unresponsive! Had to click multiple times to browse for the tv to respond to my actions on the remote. Other then this one slight annoyance the owner and his property is as good as it gets for a nice getaway in such a beautiful city. Can’t wait to come back!! Would give our stay a 9.9/10 !
