The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing after a day on the water and the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze. Don't feel like cooking? The Boat House Grill is a 4 minute stroll away. Tucked in the back of the complex you'll enjoy quiet evenings on the balcony or cozy up and stream your favorite movies with our high speed fiber optic internet on one of the four smart TVs. Just across the street from the 3.6 mile Island Trail for activities such as biking, walking and running you won't run out of things to keep you busy.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels in the bathtub or bottom of the shower
Take all trash to the dumpster located across from the pool
Close overhead garage door and return opener
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- A cleaning fee will be assessed for any smoking violation
- A replacement fee will be assessed for any damaged or unreturned pool key or garage door opener
The A/C should be set no lower than 73°F to prevent system freeze-ups. Any service calls resulting from lower settings will be charged to your account

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit was very charming - clean, comfortable, efficiently planned, and well outfitted with all the necessities. The heated community pool was delightful. Our pet enjoyed it too! Our host team was great. We will look for this again.
