Vue superbe. Calme (mais c etait en juin) Appartement très propre. bonnes literies. Micro "jardin"agréable, la résidence est très végétale et fleurie.La piscine est tres propre. La plage accessible depuis l'appartement n'a pas de charme.Le site présente un important dénivelé, un genre d'ascenseur en biais permet d'accéder à la piscine qui est en contre bas près des terrains de tennis municipaux. Accès à l'appartement difficile pour personnes âgées du fait des marches présentes dans la résidence.Donc déconseillé pour personnes âgées ou très chargées et exclue pour personnes à mobilité réduite.A la sortie de Sainte Maxime, peut être un peu loin pour y aller à pieds et pas de commerce de bouche dans le quartier.Mais la vue en vaut tellement la peine !

Tres belle residence avec une vue impressionnante

Super appartement spacieux et tres bien équipé, terrasse avec une vue geniale, accès piscine et plage très pratique. Le plus le tennis municipal a côté. Piscine très belle.
