This newly remodeled and delightfully furnished lake house is nestled in a very peaceful setting with approx 150 ft of waterfront. THIS is the place for winter snowbirds and/or lake enthusiast.

Spacious 3 bedroom home with approx 2112 sq ft. Total beds sleep 7with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 3 twins . There are beautiful lake views from every room. Large deck off entire back of home and extra large windows to take it all in. Home sits on three lots making this the place for your family and friends to gather, spread out and enjoy each other and the lake. We are pet friendly and have a fully fenced yard (except at the waters edge).
Bring the boat and trailer. Boat parking along side of bulkhead with multiple tie ups in quiet no wake cove right out your back door-public park with boat ramp steps away from home for additional options to lake access. Great opportunity to be right on the coveted and controlled level Lake LBJ.

The lake is a long and pretty lake with many coves to explore. From the lake house you can boat East to the Wirtz Dam, or South to Horseshoe Bay, or go North to Kingsland then go West and explore the Llano River. If you do not have a boat or personal watercraft, you can rent one locally.

The quaint town of Marble Falls is ten minutes away, with shopping, movies, restaurants, spas, gym, HEB (grocery), Wal-Mart, and many more amenities to take advantage of.

LOCATION: On Lake LBJ in Granite Shoals in the middle of the stunning Texas Hill Country and is only 60 miles and 55 minutes from the Austin airport, 90 miles and 90 minutes north of San Antonio and about 200 miles and a four hour drive South from Dallas/Fort Worth and West Northwest of Houston.

Nice comfy house

We really enjoyed our stay. There are deer everywhere. the back porch was very inviting for morning coffee and end of evening sitting. Would definitely recommend this home.

We spent six weeks at this property and were very comfortable here. The house checked all of our boxes. We dined out some, but prepared most of our meals at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to do so. We particularly enjoyed time spent out on the deck, even in the heat of the day, thanks to the shade trees in the back.No one enjoyed themselves more than our dog. The large, fenced in yard afforded him abundant room to roam, while the waterfront and surroundings provided lost mental stimulation. I think he's sad to be home.
