Welcome to our custom mountain retreat, nestled in the quaint town of Kings Beach.

Known as Lake Tahoe's sunbelt, Kings Beach is home to one of the best public beaches on the lake, and it’s just 5 blocks from your home. Walk down the street, ride bikes, or use the ample public parking. Whatever your pleasure, you’re just minutes away.

Safeway is open 24hrs and is right down the road (less than a mile) as is Old Brockway Golf Course, one of the best little courses around.

Our house, built in 2007, this 2400 sq. foot, three bedroom, three bath home offers an idyllic escape near the peaks and shores of Lake Tahoe.

You’ll find great restaurants abound, for whatever fits your mood. If you prefer cooking in, you’ll love our gourmet kitchen upstairs. And for those large family gatherings, there’s a full kitchen downstairs too.

A feature that makes this cabin unique is the floor plan that has been designed to accommodate more than one family vacationing together. Downstairs you will find a large bedroom with a custom made Queen bed, two twin beds, and television. The full bathroom has heated flooring. The family room features a queen sleeper-sofa, a 52' HD LCD television with DVR and a foosball table. There is a laundry room and a well-equipped kitchen with eating area--two features that make the downstairs it's own private area, perfect for a family with children.

Upstairs, the large master bedroom with a King-sized bed has a huge walk-in closet. The master bath features a large tub to end your perfect Tahoe day with a relaxing soak. The dining area seats eight and the spacious family area has comfortable seating for the entire family. Plenty of board games have been provided to keep your family laughing, and the kitchen has been stocked with the all the amenities you need--even staples in the fridge!

A beautiful second bedroom with custom-made, queen, log bed, another full bathroom with heated floors, and a full laundry room round off the upstairs of this beautiful family retreat.

This home is not just a nice place to stay. It is thoughtfully designed to be your home away from home, offering top quality bedding, custom lodge-style furnishings, wireless internet, HD televisions, and cable TV with DVR's and sports package.

While staying here, you'll be centrally located--just six miles to Northstar, ten miles to Tahoe City, 13 miles to Alpine Meadows and 15 miles to Squaw Valley. Whether you like to ride Squaw’s steeps or take the family to Northstar for skating and shopping and dining, you’re just minutes away.
