We had a wonderful stay here! Great location and such a comfortable stay. Communication was easy and very thoughtful. We loved our days at Rocky Mountain National Park and relaxing in the rental for a cozy movie night or a quiet walk down to the river.

Our family had the best time staying 3 Kings Retreat! The home was clean, well stocked and had wonderful views. Proximity to town and RMNP was amazing as well. Sara was an incredible host - very accommodating, helpful, and so kind. Our family would love to come back here again!

We highly recommend Chris and Sara’s property! It’s located close to town and the entrance to RMNP. The condo was clean, the beds were comfy and it was very well stocked. We saw wildlife around the neighborhood and enjoyed our morning walks by the river to enjoy Coffee on the Rocks. We would definitely stay here again.Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

This house was the perfect spot for our family of five to enjoy Estes Park and RMNP. Close to everything. Perfect size living room to enjoy movie night after a long day of hiking. They have done a great job labeling switches, stocking the kitchen utensils, games for the kids, etc… to make the guests stay comfortable. Would recommend to everyone.

The place was beautiful, very clean and well taken care. They thought of everything anyone could need. Great to relax on the comfy couch, play one of the many games they had after a long day hiking. It was the perfect location, walking distance to the shops and restaurants and a few minute drive to the park. Sara was wonderful to deal with and quick to answer any questions we had. Our family had a wonderful time in Estes.

Lovely property in a great location - easy drive to RMNP and town. Well appointed and well maintained with lots of space for our two families to spread out. Communication with the host was excellent and the guide to the area they provided access to was a nice bonus. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place!

My family and I were looking for a quiet place to get away from our normal lives and enjoy each others company. This place was perfect! Super clean and comfortable and had everything we could need to enjoy our stay.

Excellent Stay at 3Kings Retreat

Well appointed property near both the entrance to RMNP and Estes Park. Enjoyed Coffee on the Rock nearby. Management kept us well informed to ensure we enjoyed the park and the property. We had a great stay.

Mountain Stay with Friends

We had the best time at this stunning property in Estes Park. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The space was both really nice but also great for families. Will recommend this place to all our friends and will definitely stay again!

Perfect getaway

The property was ideal for a quiet and cozy getaway. I especially loved walking down by the water (and meeting several elk). I’m excited for a return visit.

Family Vacation

We recently took a family vacation in Estes Park and stayed at Elk Ridge Lodge. The house was perfect for us! It is beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us. It is in a very nice neighborhood and close to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Mom & Daughter Trip

My 10 year old daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and loved it! The location is wonderful (minus a little road noise)! We walked to the coffee shop and my daughter loved feeding the ducks. Lots of wonderful memories were made and hopefully we’ll be back!
