Pine Island is 20 minutes to busier areas of Fort Myers, Sanibel, Cape Coral but if you are interested in staying out of the crowds, there is plenty to do on the island and Matlacha. Pine Island Breeze is a duplex, both sides may be available. Great restaurants. Great fishing! Boat parking. Walking distance of heated community pool, library, museum. Grocery store nearby. Cleaning policies in place. Reserves right side.
