About this property

Charming villa 100 m from Benerville beach

Full of charm and very pleasant this house from my childhood is very well located: the beach is at the end of the street at 100m, the boards at 10mn and the casino at 15mn on foot. The Clairefontaine racetrack is 5 minutes away and Mont Canisy is not far for country side walks
For convenience, the bakery is 50m and the supermarket 500m,
It is a very nice house for holidays or long weekends.
With children or friends, it feels good.
The house is very bright and very friendly with a large living room and a small TV lounge which allows you to isolate yourself and can be used as a 5th bedroom. It consists on the ground floor of a large double living room with a dining area, the large round table can accommodate 8 people and even 10 or even 12 with extensions, a dining kitchen, a TV lounge with a sofa bed 2 people, an adjoining bathroom and Wc and on the 1st floor 4 bedrooms (including a small one) 1 bathroom with WC, a shower room and separate WC.
The house has a south-facing terrace and a garden out of sight, very pleasant in the summer season for lunch outside or sunbathing in peace and sheltered from the wind.

Lovely house by the sea

Very nice comfortable house, well equipped with a lovely terrace and garden. Situated close to the beach, an excellent bakery and 2 friendly beach restaurants with good food. Very welcoming owners. Thank you for a very pleasant time in Benerville - sur - Mer.

Accueil très chaleureux de nos hôtes dans une maison de vacances typique et « cosy ».La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée pour une résidence de vacances.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proposition d’utiliser l’annexe.La multiplicité des sanitaires est très appréciée.L’emplacement proche de la plage est un super atout. La boulangerie proche en est un autre même si les courses générales sont un peu plus éloignées lorsque l’on est à pieds.

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques dans cette belle maison de famille, équipée de tout le confort et située à deux pas de la mer.Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et ont toujours été disponibles pendant tout le séjour.L'ambiance de la maison met à l’aise et donne vraiment l’impression d’être chez soi, et la proximité de la plage est sans aucun doute un atout.Fortement recommandé !
