The room was very clean. All furniture was in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable. They had everything needed to cook and eat meals in the room. We would definitely come back to this unit! The host was very attentive and answer all questions. The beach view and pools were everything we wanted!

The condo was excellent for our family of 4. The view was great from the balcony. Our kids loved the bunk beds with the TVs. The rest of the condo was clean and comfortable for our stay. The pool and beach were great for our family,

The host is very quick when responding and providing information needed before/during/checking out. The downside is was the pigeons were messing the balcony but after contacting the host he sent someone to clean up the mess in a timely manner. The condo itself had the basic essential needed, up to date except the sofa/sofa bed could be upgraded which was not a make or break. I highly recommend this condo and appreciate the host for going above and beyond

Awesome

Love the view! Nice accommodations. Only negative would be a little hard to get out and in at the Highway .Love that it was near Henderson Park so we could sit near the water and not worry about renting chairs.

Great place great owner

This owner takes great pride and care for his rental and made himself available from the beginning of the booking. It was was accurately described and perfect for our time of R & R. And what can be said for the Emerald Coast, the sand is like baby powder.

Property was nice…..but reviews were a bit overrated

Pros: Condo was clean, though a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had most of what anyone would need. Location was great and convenient to beach. Cons: Musty smell (but that’s very difficult to control being so close to beach)Toiletries were VERY cheap and limitedCheck out time is ridiculous (10 a.m.)Owner/Property owner is over-the-top with communications (which are really reiterations of their rules)Overall, just okay…..not the worst VRBO we’ve stayed at, but far from the best.

Thanks, Chad. The toiletries provided are intended as a starter supply to cover the first day or so, and we always encourage guests to bring their own. These items are supplied by our cleaning company, and we’ll review with them to see if higher-quality options can be used. Unfortunately, our 10 a.m. check-out time is necessary as we often have back-to-back bookings. This gives us just enough time to clean, inspect, and prepare the unit for the next guest's arrival at 4 p.m. I’ll also take a look at our guest communication and work on simplifying it by removing any unnecessary details. We appreciate your feedback!

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed renting this property. Tufan communicated several times and checked in on our arrival. The only thing we were missing was a box of tissues and I had requested a dish cloth. There was a sponge available, but Tufan said that I could purchase a dish cloth and he would reimburse me that was kind. The bedroom was comfortable, but the pillows were somewhat flat, although there were several to choose from. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We really appreciated being able to use the beach, chairs and umbrella and it was easy to set them up. The deck on the condo was shaded and provided an excellent view of the beach in the water We ate at the café the first morning, and there were several items to choose from which were all good. The air conditioning was very good, and we finally figured out how to permanently, set it a little warmer. you could choose a temporary holder a permanent hold. And if we were coming without family, we would definitely stay here again. Basically. We had an excellent day! Thank you so much for offering this property! Just a note for those who are catching late flights like we did…(9:02 pm) check out is at 10 AM so we had time to kill and the facility property does not have a secure place to keep your bags. They did offer to keep them within site just across from the desk, check-in area, which we did. And that seem to work well.

Our stay at Pelican Beach Resort Condo was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautiful and spotless when we arrived, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The views were breathtaking, and my husband and I truly felt right at home throughout our entire stay.My husband is a childhood cancer survivor, so he has to limit his time in the sun. Having the pools and hot tubs right on the property was a huge bonus for us, allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation comfortably. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to coming back. The host is very easy to deal with and easy to communicate with which is a plus as well Highly recommend!

The view from this unit is spectacular as it is located on the upper floors of the building. The unit is as advertised in the photos, the check in process was very smooth, and the host was very responsive on questions leading up to the stay. During our stay, no issues whatsoever with the unit. Our two teenage boys had a blast as the beach is right there, and we could keep an easy eye on them with the view from this unit. No complaints whatsoever, would definitely recommend.

Short getaway vacation

Easy booking, check-in and check-out. Owner responded quickly to text messages. Really liked that the facility and beach area was no smoking. We were on the 16th floor and the view was gorgeous. The unit was nicely decorated and had all the needed necessities in the kitchen. I would recommend a stay here again.
