table and chairs, comfy living room with smart tv. New deck with table and chairs for 6, plus storage unit with beach chairs, umbrella cooler and beach cart. Master suite with queen bed, additional bedroom with
queen bed and bunk beds with stairs. All new mattresses and linens and
towels. All new bath with walk in shower. Did I say All NEW? Yep - the property is sparkling. Easy walk to the beach, Brock Environmental Center and natural paths. Lynnhaven Boat ramp and parks nearby. First Landing State Park with bike/jogging/walking trails is 10 minute drive away. Enjoy the convenience of the Wave bus with daily trips - in season to the Oceanfront. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants.

Great townhouse right by the beach.

I have three small children, and this place was perfect for us, no issues witgthe beds and a two minute walk right to the beach, the beach was not crowded at all, and the accommodations were exactly as advertised. Great spot for a family.

Perfect for families

We had a wonderful stay here for a long weekend revisiting VB (we lived in the area previously). We traveled with our 3 young children, and they loved the bunkbeds, selection of toys/games, and the beach gear. The beach was easy walking distance even with 3 little ones. The place was clean, check in was easy, and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Memorial day weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay here. Location and proximity to the water was what sold us and it did not disappoint. It was walking distance and even the four year old with us was impressed by the proximity. The place suited exactly our needs and the property owners were very responsive.

The house was clean and comfortable, it was such a close walk to the beach, and we had a very pleasant stay! It was perfect for my family of 3 but easily could have accommodated 6 guests. Would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had a great stay! The place is very very clean! And it was so close to the beach, a short, pleasant 5minute walk to a quiet and family-friendly beach.My kids loved the games and VHS cassettes in the bedroom!Only thing to note is that the light does come through quite a bit from the bedrooms windows so if you like pitch black rooms, bring your blinds !Overall we'd definitely rent here again!
