Moving made easy

Avondale Rental

Great house to rent. Host was very easy to contact and talk too about any immediate problems. House was very convenient to freeway access, stores and MLB spring training parks.

Just the Right Place

Chris is flexible and easy to work with. He responds very quickly to messages & phone calls. We stayed in his property for about 6 weeks while waiting for our new home to be completed. The was lots of room for the two of us. Everything was clean and neat including the pool. The beds were extremely comfortable! We would recommend Chris’ place to anyone except possibly someone with small children as the pool is just a few steps from the sliding glass doors. A dowel along the bottom of the door & an adult height lock would probably fix that.

Relaxing stress free stay !

I can't say enough how much my family and I enjoyed our stay here. We were in the pool twice a day. All the amenities you could need. Quiet neighborhood. And what a pleasure to deal with Chris. Very easy to communicate with and no drama. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time! Owners responded back quickly to questions and were very easy to work with. Pool was nice and clean with pool tablets in chlorine floater which was so appreciated, it showed that it was taken care of. Yard had lots of leaves from trees but private and nice with lots of shade. We would love to stay there again! It felt very much like home. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe!

Wanted some pool time close to home. This was a great choice. I'm a senior and had some TV issues (user error) and Chris was prompt to respond, patient and kind with me.

Perfect and Pet Friendly

This was the perfect place for anyone traveling with pets. We were in between house escrows and had to find a place that would allow our dogs and cats. The home is very comfortable and had everything we needed for a temporary living situation. The host was wonderful, Chris answered all of our questions quickly and made us feel right at home during our very stressful moving situation. I highly recommend this property.

Pet friendly!

Loved having a heated pool option, which allowed us to have some wonderful morning and evening swims. Check in and check out was fantastic. Location of the property is great and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. The beds were super comfortable and home provided lots of space. Unfortunately the people prior to us left the home late so the cleaners had little to no time to do a proper cleaning. The only things missing for me was: wine glasses (but made due with regular glasses), a potato peeler (again made due with a knife), a kettle & teapot. Overall this home provided everything we were looking for and appreciated both the pet friendly & heated pool options.

Nice Quiet Property

Really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful Avondale property. The beds were comfortable, internet worked great and the extra items in the kitchen (especially in the refrigerator) was a nice surprise. The area was very nice and the area and neighbors I saw were friendly. Chris (the owner) was available by text whenever we had a question or issue and resolved it immediately. Not sure the next time we'll be in the area, but if anyone reading this review is, please consider this property. Thanks Chris !
