The property was just as advertised. Very comfortable, clean and convenient to the beach. The host was great to work with and we had no issues except one of the elevators on our side was out of order. Will definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at this condo and we will absolutely be renting from Will again in the future! The condo was clean and as described. We love that the beach and restaurants are all within walking distance and that there are two clean pools on property. Still one of our favorite places!

The landlord was great! super location and beautiful beach at the Tortuga Inn.I gave the landlord feedback on a few items for his cleaning and maintenance crew to address. Nothing big and he said he would take care of it. But all in all, great location and a nice condo unit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well kept. We really appreciated how quiet it was. It had everything we could ask for, including close walk to a private beach and pool. We were within walking distance to many restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great trip to Anna Maria, and this condo was a great place to call home for a few days. The condo is exactly as described. It is a great location and walking across the street to the beach for great sunrises and sunsets is so easy! We would stay again at this location!

Very clean and convenient location. Beach is right across the street and there are plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. Walking distance to Food and beverages. It’s also just a short drive to Sarasota’s St Armand’s Circle which has plenty of shopping for the ladies and a variety of eating and drinking establishments. We enjoyed our stay very much. As for the condo itself, bring coffee or Kcups and also laundry detergent. It was very quiet, clean and the air conditioning was a welcome environment after a day at the beach.
