Smaller than expected. Kitchen is basically in the bathroom. The kitchen was almost useless. When I rent a Vrbo I expect a useful kitchen and this was not the case.

This was a great room! It was a little small with not a lot of significant natural light but when you come down to Florida, you don't want to spend time in the room anyway! It was very centrally located and very close to the free trolly stops. It was clean, close to the beach, and the host communicated everything very well. Such a fun little trip!
