This large Ocean block, 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, newly renovated with Ocean and Bay views, sleeps 8.
This midtown gem, w/ two parking spaces, 40 yards to the Beach.
Park your car and begin to melt into vacation.
Ocean City is a client supplies or rent's their own; sheets,
pillowcases and towels, beach and bath. Rentals are available in town.
2 queens, two bunks and a queen pull out in the living Room.

Ocean City features miles of beach and a wooden boardwalk lined with restaurants, shops and hotels. At the boardwalk's southern end, Trimper’s Rides has hosted theme-park attractions for decades. The surrounding waters are active with kayaks, fishing and tour boats, some of which journey to popular Assateague Island nearby.

We come to OC every year for dance nationals at the convention center. This condo is clean, updated and in the perfect location. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful experience at the condo! The location was perfect with great access to the beach and convention center. We had a couple questions about the property and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Great location and the house was awesome. Kids only complaint was the twin bed. Mattresses were way too hard. our mattress had a foam top, which made it too soft.. it was amazing access right to the beach. Parking was great a lot of things were walkable distance. We had an amazing time.

This perfect location has it all!

Steps from the beach and everything one could need while down the shore! Loved waking to have my coffee on the balcony and being able to see the ocean and the bay.

Spacious and beachy

We loved it here. Plenary of space and so close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and bedrooms were comfortable. The 2 bathrooms made getting ready very easy.

This is the best condo we have stayed in over the last 4 years when we come to Ocean City for our daughters’ dance nationals. It is clean and updated and the owner is very responsive. We have already booked it for next summer.

Needs spring cleaning!

2 1/2 hours day one cleaning the bathrooms. Sewer odor when entering the condo. Dirty. Microwave toaster, oven pots and pans and silverware. General disappointment with cleanliness of renovated condo.

I don't usually give reviews, but my family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very homey, spacious (at least for us-a family of 5), clean, comfortable, cozy, and provided all of the necessities that we needed to make our stay wonderful. My family and I didn't want to leave. The pictures posted are exactly what the place looks like, and I extremely appreciated that. Anytime I needed to contact the host, he answered and was helpful. The only thing, if anything, that I could say was that the refrigerator needed to be wiped down and the dishwasher could've used a cleaning- it wasn't really bad; I've seen worse. But this was definitely not enough to take away how much we enjoyed this home. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and accommodations! My family and I could not have chosen better! Clean, spacious and updated. My daughter was dancing at Powell center and staying here was easy walkable. We loved the easy access to the beach and walks to the bay for sunrise/sunset. Loved it here so much! Hope to return in the future! Amanda

Renovated condo at an amazing location

We had an awesome time here! The condo is clean, updated and feels very homey. You can’t beat the location! Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shopping. The short walk to and from the beach was great for lunch and bathroom breaks during the day. The owner is very friendly and checks in to make sure you have what you need. We will definitely be back!

Laurie and Kevin, spent their college years, summering in OC, working in restaurants, teaching sailing and on our tan's. We lived in mid town and still believe its the best location. Currently live in DC Area, raised our four boys here, getting close to retirement trying to get back to our late 70's, energy level. Have had a great time, relaxing at the Beach, riding bikes and getting back to playing with water toys, fishing, sailing and bar hopping.

Why they chose this property

Large two bedroom, close to lots of bars and great restaurants, only step's from the quiet Beach, two parking spaces, mid town location, Fagers, Secrets, Macky's, Barn 34, Shottys, Bin 85, Coconuts- happy hr., two orange crush's for $5.00. Bellybusters and great crab's, old style on a picnic table, like the old days, right at 42nd st. 3 or 4 mini golf's and, and, and Ride your bike via the alleys to the boardwalk, sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking and jet skiing at 48th watersports center. Our neighborhood has it all !!!!
