Inside of Downtown Nashville. Liquor store 1 minute walk away. The list is extensive and goes on and on.
What makes this property unique
Downtown... fenced in front and back yard for child and pet. 1500 sq ft.. Close enough to to walk to most of the hot spots but just far enough away from all the craziness for a peaceful night's rest.
