Not terrible, but disappointing for the price. It is nicely located in the city center, but it’s very small (even by Rennes/French standards). There was significant water damage visible in a few areas, and the kitchen was very odd - like the top shelves of the fridge were so high no average person could use them. The hand shower mount was broken, which was inconvenient and meant hanging the shower head awkwardly to avoid it falling in between rinses. Also - the only openable windows are directly next to the shared garbage - very unpleasant in summer when you need those open.
