This completely remodeled and refurbished home is great for one or more families. Situated overlooking the 18th fairway at the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, complete with a new hot tub, sleeping for 13, pool table, recently remodeled kitchen, newly remodeled bedrooms, great room, and den.

Please note: Per county guidelines, the home can accommodate more than 10 guests only if the additional guests are children under 12 years old.

Main Level
- Living Room: Seating for 8, gas fireplace, new Sony 65” 4K HD TV with Blu-Ray DVD, iPhone hook-up to play your favorite music, and even an HDMI port for the kids to play games. Hi-speed wireless internet (connection cannot be guaranteed).
- Kitchen: Newly updated with upgraded hickory cabinets, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a wet bar
- Dining Room: Seating for 10 at the main table, seating for 4 at the kitchen island
- Den Room: Cozy gas fireplace and sofa, and direct access to expansive deck and new hot tub overlooking the golf course
- Bunk Room: Twin bunk bed and twin over full bunk bed, sleeps 5
- Bathroom: 3/4 bath with shower, double sinks, and toilet (upgraded tile/faucets/cabinets)

Upper Level
- Master Bedroom: California King bed that sleeps 2
- Master Bathroom: En suite full bath with separate shower and jetted tub, double sinks, and toilet
- Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, sleeps 2, and access to upstairs porch
- Bedroom #3: Queen size bed, sleeps 2, and access to upstairs porch

Tahoe Donner Amenities:
Tahoe Donner is a wonderful, mountainous resort community with its own small downhill ski area, a fantastic cross country ski center, a sledding hill, small market/deli and Recreation Center. The Rec Center offers hot tubs, heated pool, fitness center, saunas, health spa, tennis courts, downhill and cross country ski resorts, equestrian center, Golf Club with 18-hole course and driving range, a public restaurant (The Lodge at Tahoe Donner), and a private beach on Donner Lake.

Your stay includes six guest passes, each allowing access for one guest to enjoy Tahoe Donner's private amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, golf, tennis, beach access at Donner Lake, and more. A daily entry fee applies, and children 2 and under are free. Please note that private amenities are available approximately 332 days per year, with holiday blackout dates in place to prioritize member access. STR guests always have access to public amenities. Amenity Update: Beginning September 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for renovations, reopening mid-December. The sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness classes will remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10.

Tahoe Donner is conveniently situated at the upper west end of Truckee. Minutes to Historic Downtown Truckee for shopping and restaurants, and 10-30 minutes to ski area resorts including Tahoe Donner, Northstar, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, Soda Spring, Donner Ski Ranch, Boreal and Royal Gorge Cross Country Center and approximately 40 minutes to Lake Tahoe.

This home comes complete with full kitchen and all linens and towels.
**No Smoking and No Pets**
*This rental property is intended for small family gatherings and reunions and is limited to the maximum allowable sleeping in beds. In order to limit damage and to respect the solitude and restful atmosphere for our neighbors, please no wild or loud parties such as bachelor or bachelorette parties and all guests must be listed with Tahoe Truckee Vacation Properties as paying tenants staying on the property. Please respect Tahoe Donner HOA quiet hours.
Guests will receive a Rental Agreement once the booking is placed. It will need to be emailed back to Tahoe Truckee Vacation Properties in order to receive the access information.
The majority of the guests must be over the age of 25 years old.
