Welcome to Seaside Heights

Located between Grand Terre and the tranquil coastline, fantastic gulf views can be enjoyed from one of four decks built for entertaining and family-time enjoyment. This three bedroom, two bath home exudes upscale beach decor and features a generous, open-concept kitchen/dining/living space that affords communal dining and great socializing.

The master bedroom with adjoining bath boasts a well appointed king size bed with upscale linens and bedding. Custom-made drapery and ample closet space complete this en suite. Both secondary bedrooms feature woven seagrass carpeting and a soothing color scheme. The hall bath contains a separate vanity area to allow for multiple guests to function at one time.

The open-concept entertaining areas feature over-sized travertine stone floors, custom-made window treatments and soaring vaulted ceilings crafted from reclaimed wood. The main attraction of this area is a 20-foot tall entertainment center anchored by a 42-inch flat screen tv. The dining room holds a six-person rustic farm table and coordinating chairs. The entire property is Wi-Fi enabled.

We love the beach and saw this as the perfect opportunity to escape city living and host our family & friends. We are excited to share our home with you to unwind, disconnect and enjoy the simple pleasures in life.

Why they chose this property

Galveston holds a special place for our family - we grew up close to the area and even got married on the island. We have lots of friends on the Island and are excited to make memories in this home.

What makes this property unique

The minute you walk in, you feel at home already. The furnishings provide a feeling of luxury and tranquility and the layout makes it feel very cozy.
The outdoor living spaces are our favorite - lots of sun or shade, room for the kids to play, outdoor dining options and unobstructed views of the ocean.
