Beautiful clean Apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, 2 separate living rooms. 1 large living room with a fireplace, and a sauna. The other living room has a huge flat Screen TV and a gym. Access to a beautiful backyard with a gazebo and a fire pit and a large dining area with your own entrance. This location is close to all restaurants and Bars and the Fire island Ferries with beautiful beaches and restaurants and bars. You can walk into town with tons of restaurants and bars and a train station that you can take either to NYC or the Hamptons and Montauk. Bikes are available to use as well.
