SHELLebrations Condo Unit Located in the South Building – Available for Monthly Rentals!

While our beautiful beachfront complex continues its transformation, the SHELLebrations Condo Unit in the South Building is fully renovated and ready to welcome guests starting June 2025! Nestled directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this spacious and stylish condo offers everything you need for a relaxing, affordable island getaway.
The rest of the complex is undergoing concrete repairs, with completion expected by December 2025. During this period, some amenities—including the heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and BBQ areas—will remain temporarily closed. But here's the good news: you’ll still enjoy direct private beachfront access and the fully equipped, brand-new fitness center, ready for your daily workouts.
And by December 2025, even more amenities will be available—including the heated swimming pool and refreshed common areas—making SHELLebrations an even better place to return to again and again.

Since the 1970s, they've been captivated by the 7 miles of pristine beachfront and the breathtaking natural beauty of Estero Island’s south end, complete with its vibrant bird estuary.
