- NO smoking/e-cigarettes
- NO pets allowed
- Fireplace is not available for use
- Beach towels must be laundered prior to departure
- Bath towels are not allowed to be taken to the beach

Kiawah Island Rules (THESE ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED AND COULD LEAD TO FINES FOR THE RENTER):

- 2 cars only in drive, no street parking
- Bikes must be stored in the bike rack when not in use
- Towels and beach gear should not be visible from the street (this includes nothing hanging on railings)
