You will be at complete peace lounging in this forested area on your expansive wrap around deck or soaking in the community hot tub and pool within walking distance. *The is no street parking in the River Wild Neighborhood. However, this home has room for one car in the garage, one car in the driveway and there is nearby guest parking by the swimming pool

* The Community pool and hot tub will be closed beginning April 19, 2024 - Memorial Day Weekend 2024. The HOA is completing renovations and the goal is to be completed BY Memorial Day weekend. However, unforeseen challenges may arise during the process, which could affect the timeline.

The house is nicely appointed, but we did recommend some fixes. The surrounding deck is nice. The house is in Mt. Bachelor Village, in the River Wild section of homes. It's a great location- easy to get downtown or up to the mountains and lakes. It is a quick walk from this house to the river, which has a great walking path. The pool is conveniently located nearby and features a hot tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Relaxing Family Trip

This house was perfect for our family. It was clean and in good order. The house feels so remote but is really close to amenities in town. Lots of beds and private bedrooms. We met a few local neighbors who were very friendly and gave us some walking trail tips. The pool was very close and easily accessible. The pool and hot tub was never busy and had plenty of chairs. We saw lots of deer and spent a lot of time on the large porch. We had a three month old baby with us and the house had a pack and play which was great. There’s a large table for playing games in the kitchen and the island was a nice place for folks to hang out while making a dinner. The property team checked in a few times after arrival to make sure the house was working well for us too. I would recommend to families and large groups and we would stay here again!

Absolutely perfect

We’ve rented a lot of different vacation homes, some good, some not so much. This one was perfect! We have family that lives in the area and it was wonderful to gather together and spend quality family time. We will definitely want to return!

Nice house in a decent community

Very nice house in a nice neighborhood. House is big with enough beds. It has most stuff we need and worked for us. Only two minor issues: downstairs has no bathroom, which is a little inconvenient if living on the two beds there. The house only has 2.5 bathrooms which is a little short(but enough to use). Garage is a little small which only can park one car, but there is plenty space for 2 cars outside garage door. The community pool is great with a nice spa. Overall it's a very good house with quiet community, and not far from the city center and popular attractions in town.

Great property

This was a terrific property... I think you need a new toaster as the one there burns the bottom of the toast and doesn't cook the top of it! Also would have been nice to have additional dish towels as we had to do a load of wash just for four dish towels!! It was beautifully equipped otherwise... I also think the faucet in the downstairs bathroom dripped... None of these are complaints only suggestions in order to make it top notch

Wonderful home for a group stay.

The River Wild home is a spacious location for a group retreat. The kitchen is well stocked and the open concept is great for entertaining. If you like to grind your coffee beans, there is a grinder. However, one piece is missing, but there is a screw in the drawer that you can use to make it work. We had 4 adults on our stay and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The living area on the main floor and family room on the ground floor are great for a group to enjoy time together and the wrap around porch is a quiet place for anyone to spend time on their own or in a group. When you check-in and check-out, the entry is on the opposite side of parking, so be prepared to walk around the house on a trail to get to the front door to get access. Overall, a great home to stay in while enjoying Bend and the surrounding areas and will definitely consider it again in the future.

Love this place, could use some attention

We have been in this house several times over Memorial Day weekend. And we LOVE it! It fits us perfectly. However, there were a few things that could use attention: - there is a shortage of plates and forks given the size of the house. - the dryer was not working. It would take 3-4 hours for a load of towels to dry. It should probably be looked at. - would be nice if there were more bath towels and also more soap/shampoo/handsoap. The volume of these offered is not to scale with the size of the house, especially when we are staying at the house for 4 nights. We still LOVE the house and will hope to be back next year. Just wanted to provide the feedback. Thank you!

Beautiful home in a perfect location

We picked this home for a bachelor party in Bend. The home had plenty of space and amenities to accommodate everyone. It's only 20 minutes from snowboarding/skiing and 20 minutes from everything you would want out of Bend (breweries, trailheads etc.) The owner checked in with us as soon as we arrived and the check in/out process was smooth and seamless. I would be prepared to have very limited parking, though. Small driveway and very little to no guest parking in this neighborhood.

Snowy getaway

The house was lovely - spacious and cozy - for our winter holiday in Bend. A great place to stay with a group of friends or family. The location was conveniently located enroute to the ski slopes at Bachelor and close to hiking/snowshoeing trails for the non-skiers - and right across the street from the community pool and hot tub. We would definitely consider renting this house again next time we’re in Bend.

Perfectly Family and Friend Getaway!

This was our third time renting this property. Very nice home. Well appointed. Just needs an ice cream scooper. We enjoyed the nearby river walk and skiing on Mt Bachelor this year. It snowed during our entire time. We loved it!
