This house was very large! The back yard was great and it was just two blocks from the beach! We had a question about the house and our message was answered in a timely fashion. We had no complaints and enjoyed our stay!
This is a very comfortable house with lots of room. The kitchen was very easy to use with lots of dishes and utensils, and bedding and towels were more than adequate. The beach access is excellent, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We will be back again!

Very clean property. There are a few safety issues in this house that need to be addressed overall a
We had a great stay, the home is a little dated but was fine, the beds were very comfy, there is also one full bath as well as a half bath, it is close to the beach and not too many people on this part of the beach, there is also a very long walking mat that gets you over the soft sand and is ideal for wheel chairs, the three close by restaurants were great on Avenue U, we found them great so didn't go to the main restaurants on Broadway as they are a lot busier, we will definately stay here again.
I loved this house. One of my favorite features was how spacious it was. Excellent location. I also love that the home welcomes pets. Our family enjoyed our time and Seaside is one of our favorite places to stay. This home was definitely not a disappointment! Hope to enjoy it again.
This rental was a pleasant surprise, very spacious and came with a ton of amenities. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and well stocked it was. We will definitely rent this house again if its available. Lastly, my kids really enjoyed the cultured decor, well done. Thank you!
The house is really large with plenty of space to sit and relax. Lots of board games, puzzles, and a foosball table. It’s also ridiculously close to the beach. You can very easily walk and it’s a quieter beach than the others further north up the coast. The house has everything needed to enjoy a comfortable time, including a small collection of sand toys for the kids. We had no issues and when we did message the property manager, we got a very quick and polite reply. This house is older, as are most houses in the area, so there is that older home odor. But that doesn’t bother us and everything was nice and clean.
Very cute, spacious, older home with a fenced in backyard that is ideal for a dog. Close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from the town center. Very happy overall. There were no instructions for the video system and we could not watch the non-premium channels. We were able to watch the premium channels.
All is good. We enjoyed our stay. That said, the place is beginning to show wear and tear.Backyard and patio not exactly like the pictures promoted.Kitchen nook not very usable as the table and chairs are oversized for that space. The ventilation to the house is limited so it’s became stuffy. We had the front door and the back doors open to try and catch some cross breeze. Bonus toilet was a surprise.
The spaciousness was really great for our group. We enjoyed all the seating for meals and time together.
The decor was over-the-top with dusty decor items covering all of the tables and countertops. We had to move them all out of the way so that we could do food prep and service, etc. some of the rooms were overly fragrant. I don’t know if they were covering up odors or not. The linens were especially heavily perfumed. The management was very responsive to our requests and we had a good day overall.
Was a nice neighborhood, great location near the beach. The house could use some updating, maybe some fans in case it gets hot, tvs in more than 2 rooms, and the doors to back yard need some tlc. But other than that we enjoyed our stay. Would have been much better with tvs and fans
We stayed for a month at this spacious house in a quiet neighborhood near the beach in Seaside. Dog freindly. The house had a well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable. The separate entertainment room was a plus. The property manager was friendly, helpful and quick at responding when asked questions. They are a real plus. The house in November is on the dark side. A small investment in a couple of new lamps and/or higher lumen leds would improve the enjoyment of the home a lot! We will stay again sometime!

Seaside Vacation
The property isn’t located where the listing is showing through VRBO, we were a little confused trying to get there since the listing and google maps showed two different locations. The house has an odor to it when you walk in. It smells like old, musty house which I know you can’t sometimes avoid with older homes. The house was spacious and clean for the most part. There was a big stain on the carpet by the front door. The bathtub doesn’t drain, I seen that someone else put that on their comment and it still hasn’t been addressed. Our second to last day we woke up to the dogs finding a live bat laying on the living room floor. We were very thankful that the dogs found it instead of one of the humans finding it and picking it up not knowing what it was. I would not rent this property again.

Older and outdated
Landscaping needs work, including backyard patio. Backyard patio tiles crumbling. No cable but a roku box. Unless you have app access, you have no tv entertainment. Laundry facility was good, soap provided. Bath towels good. Beds older,. Queen bed loud when you toss or turn. We encountered dog feces in the yard which we never should have encounter upon our arrival. We stayed here for 4 days, but we wouldnt stay again. .

Location not accurate!
The location on the map for this property looks like it’s close to the main strip but it’s not.
Just like most others in this price range, looks like it could use a little love. The oven was disappointing, had to turn it up to 550 just to get to what seemed like 400 and made cooking anything a gamble.
The biggest dealbreaker for us not staying here again though is the distance from the strip. I did not plan on the whole family walking 1.1mi each way every time we wanted to go down there - that was an unfortunate surprise.

Asian Decor
The place was not as we expected. The decor was not to our liking felt uncomfortable. The ceramic painted faces on the wall and the dragon head on the living room wall.a large mural of two horse men fighting with swords. Alot of Asian pictures on the wall. We have nothing against Asian people but the decor was not warm at all.
In the kitchen the pull out cutting board on the side was gross. not good cooking utensils lacking with a melted down spatula. We would not rent again. Alot of open glass windows especially on the front door. people looking in and also in the kitchen eating area no blinds. A house behind the regular house which made us feel uncomfortable. In18 years of renting home at Seaside this was the worst. The 2 back bedrooms' was no heat. was cold.
We were looking for a house close to the tournament. We were gone most of the time, just needed a place to sleep. The house as a whole was good. Had everything we needed. The decor was eclectic, and made for some interesting conversations with our teenage boys. My only suggestions would be to remove the decorative masks in the King bedroom. These didn't bother me as I grew up at a time tha similar masks were all over my friends rooms. But one of our teens was pretty unsettled by them. Even though he didn't sleep in that room, he slept with the lights on. The closet from the entry way into the bedroom was odd as well. The back bedroom with nautical decor was rather cold. Our other teen had to grab extra blankets the 2nd night. The foosball table was a major hit! We played that several times. Although the back room that was closed off, also sent some alarm bells off for our teens. The house itself had what we needed l, with a couple of quirks that could be easily updated/fixed to make for a more relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Thanksgiving
The small bedroom the carpet was dirty it smelled like there was a pet that stayed in there
The location is great. I highly recommend it if you have a bicycle. It is a short distance from the Promanade but a drive or a bike ride to the shops and dining. There is beach access within a 2 minute walk. We took advantage of this several times a day. We loved the spacious family area, TV room, and Dining Room to have meals with our family and sit and visit. The beds were comfortable, the property was clean. We took advantage of the courtyard and the grill. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for making this property available to us!
I wouldn't give it a negative review because the location and price were great, but it wasn't very clean. There were spider webs on the ceilings and the kitchen and its provided dishes/utensils and surfaces weren't very clean. The property is dated for sure, but it was almost charming (like staying at your grandmother's house). We had to pen all of the doors and windows upon arrival to air out the smell though - it was just a musty old smell, but by the 2nd day it was fine. If this property was shown a bit of love and a deep clean (make the yard usable too?) it would be outstanding.
