Instructions for everything on the property were thorough and easy to understand. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with most everything one would need. We did not use the amenities of beach towels, hot tub, and crab pots, but all were available. The host also checked in with us to be sure all was fine.

This was an absolutely adorable cottage! This house had everything you can think of and more (baby gate, straws, kids dishes, playhouse). It was super clean, great decor, and the host was great. There were so many great extra touches that I had not seen at other vacation rentals. It was such a perfect spot close to the ocean. We go to Seaside every year and will definitely try to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place was by far the best place we stayed at! Had everything you could want/need and much more! The owners have truly thought of everything and you can tell they care about the people staying here have the best time! Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again!

This was our second year staying at the cottage for the annual Seaside Beach volleyball tournament. The house was clean and well stocked, and even had a welcome basket with some goodies for us to enjoy :) The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and a very short walk to the beach. Kathy was very accommodating and responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay. Highly recommend this booking!

Delightful Cottage by the Sea

Room for the whole family and more. Many amenities supplied making your stay more comfortable. Loved the hot tub, games, seperate spaces in the home, everything you need in the kitchen, and not too far from the Seaside promenade. Loved our stay here!

Wonderful weekend!

Beautiful cozy home with all the amenities we needed. Made use of the ping pong table and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!
