Beautifully furnished Second Row home on exclusive First Street, Ocean Isle Beach. Amazing, expansive ocean views from dining room, family room, master bedroom, pelican's nest and front porches. The beach access is across the street and the rental includes use of our community pool which is located just 3 houses down.
This home is a private rental / secondary home with plenty of space offering 5 bedrooms/5 en-suite baths. Handicap accessible bottom floor shower in bedroom and 3 level wheelchair accessible elevator included.
Enjoy the private backyard and beautiful ocean views on the pelican's nest. This home offers 6 parking spots with a secure garage and is a short walk or bike ride (0.5 Milles) from the center of town.
