Everything was perfect! We were staying for a softball tournament in Incline Village and we ended up playing in Truckee. Not too far of a drive to the fields and the house had everything we needed. Super comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.
Our family of 7 enjoyed a wonderful 6-night stay at Victor's. Incline Village home. The spacious layout with multiple living areas and comfortable, spacious bedrooms accommodated everyone. The ideal location near Diamond Pean and Mt Rose, restaurants, and grocery stores made exploring convenient. The well-equipped kitchen, fireplace, and reliable Wi-Fi made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a perfect home for our large group.

A great location for Diamond Peak, the house is big with lots off room for all 8 of us, and lots of hang out space, big kitchen and eating area. The kids loved the backyard! The only things we thought might need updating are the mattresses in the queen bed rooms. other than that our stay was great!
We had a wonderful time in Tahoe, escaping the heat of the Valley for a few days. The house was well equipped, and just as advertised. It was perfect for us. - Six adults in beds, a 5 year old in a bunk bed, and a toddler and a baby in pack-n-plays (which we brought.) Perfect! The only thing that could have been better, is, I would have loved it to be even cooler. Next time I'll come in Spring or Fall!
The house is very nice and has a great kitchen and entertainment space. It’s also in a great location, close to the grocery store and main roads but still felt private as it was on a cul de sac. The only things we had issue with was the AC did not work and didn’t provide any instructions on how to use it. And only one outlet worked in the far bedroom.

Hi Sorry to hear that. The house does not have air conditioning. Most houses in incline village don’t have AC because the temp is around 80 F. We will make sure that the plugs will all work. Thanks for staying with us.

Great layout and has basics covered
We did enjoy our stay here overall. Victor was so kind and responsive throughout our stay. The layout of the living room, kitchen and bedrooms were great. The heaters kept us nice and warm. Showers had good pressure and hot water. The gas fireplace in the master downstairs was great. Hot tub refers to bathroom jacuzzi tub, not outdoor hot tub. The home seems to have been updated 5-10 years ago. The home was clean (ie vacuumed and sinks/shower, toilet clean). It could use a little more TLC. We still had a good time here in incline village. Plenty of room if we had 10 people.
We loved the property! It was a great size for our family of 8 adults and 3 chiLdren. There were a few minor issues to bring to the owner or property manager’s attention. There was no pot for the coffeemaker, so we bought a Mr. Coffee and left it there! The jets on the jacuzzi tub did not work. The icemaker did not work, so we bought a bag of ice. The door knob on one of the bedrooms upstairs came apart so we did our best to put it together. Otherwise, it was a great place to spend a Holiday Weekend!

Sorry about that. Don’t know where the coffee maker went. Pls txt me your address and I will send the payment for it. That’s so nice of you to do that. I have told my local manager to find a Handiman who can fix the rest. Thanks for letting us know
We stayed for a long weekend during July for a family reunion. The home was spacious and well equipped. I would stay there again, although I have a few minor criticisms:
- 4 of the 6 outlets in the 2nd bedroom didn't work, neither did the GFI outlet in the ensuite bathroom.
- there is parking for only one car in the garage. One parking bay is filled with furniture.
- the central A/C didn't work or was not installed, even though the thermostat has a cooling function. A/C would have helped on some of the warm nights. Perhaps I should have known, since no A/C was listed in the home description and most rooms had floor fans.
- the barbeque propane tank was empty and we needed to get it filled ($28).
- the light over the dining room table was way too bright to be used. It would benefit from having a dimmer.
- some of the family room furniture was broken and wobbly.
- the home backs up to the highway so there was a bit of road noise when the windows are open.
This said, I didn't think the home was any less well maintained than other VRBO homes we've stayed in over the years.
This property had everything we needed and was located perfectly. It's close to the lake and close to a small town with restaurants and bars. We had a great time here!
We stayed at this property for a wedding and thought it was a very nice house. It seemed clean, and had bunk beds for our kids which made it super easy. Would stay here again.
Everything was great! The house was perfect for our group - the bedrooms were all spacious, the main living area, kitchen and outdoor area were great for all hanging out together. The owner was great at communicating and highly flexible allowing us to change our booking and check in early. We would definitely go back and stay there again!

Lake Tahoe trip
The amount of space was plentiful for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchen tools we needed to cook dinners. The laundry was nice along with the beach towels. The carpeted areas were not vacuumed thoroughly upon arrival, we vacuumed all upstairs carpets. The back porch was quite messy with pine needles and we needed to clean it off. There were a lot of moths in the house. The electricity went out one night, we were thankful that there were emergency lights in the main rooms so we could see. When we booked this house the owner responded efficiently. When we emailed about concerns while at the house regarding it not being thoroughly cleaned and the moths, we did not get an efficient response.
the whole process from the booking to end of stay was excellent.
Excellent. There was an issue with the home owners association, I had a service come to the property to do hair and makeup for the attendess for this weding. She parked on the street rather than in the driveway and some gentlemen came to the property, handed my son=in=law, took a picture of her license plate on her vehicle and said he would filing a compliant and walked away. You cannot take a photo some ones license without their permission. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting the association. Other than that issue every thing was escellent. We enjoyed our stay. This whole transaction was handled to perfection. Thank you.
We had a great time. The layout of the home was perfect for our family group with 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The communal space and kitchen were large allowing for us to gather.
Great stay. House is comfortable and pleasant. Furnishings are basic but functional. Some minor maintenance issues (chair was broken , tv remote out of batteries) but overall didn’t affect the quality of our stay. Communication from owner clear and concise.
