Updated modern luxury three-story, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath home townhouse is an ideal respite from the city. Located .09 miles from the lake. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, shopping, and Starbucks. Our home is fully furnished with everything you need to cook, rest, relax, and access all the wonderful amenities Lake Tahoe has to offer. Hike, swim, ski, eat, relax or work remotely, but do it here at the lake.
Our home offers comfortable living and sleeping areas. We are one of the rare properties in this area to have a two-car garage with an electric car charger. We have made a lot of upgrades to the home elevating the value of your stay compared to other similar condominiums in our area.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, but still close to everything, we believe you have found your home away from home.
