Exceeded Expectations

We were a large group for a family reunion visiting theme parks and celebrating Thanksgiving . Both of our units were updated and had everything we needed. The property was fun for all ages.

Great Resort for families or multiple families

Our stay was great! The amenities provided by the resort were great....several pools, arcade games, water park, outdoor grills...all came in very handy Villa was very spacious for our party of 8 with a well equipped kitchen. We had to request more toiletries and towels midweek so maybe room service should be provided attest once for guests staying 7 days or more. The inside of our villa was clean but the hallways and stairs were not. Could smell pee on the staircase of our building and there was dog poop?at the bottom of the stairs once Our key cards kept failing even after we requested change. Not sure if it was the cards or the door lock. It was nice to have a TV in all the rooms but a smart TV or an option to stream would have been great especially on the living room TV. Overall it was a great stay! We would consider returning.

We had a three bedroom consisting of two units. Very nice for the two families and four children.
