The Space:

This three-bedroom, second-floor condo in Vista Cay sleeps six and puts you just 15 minutes from Disney, with Universal and SeaWorld equally close. The standout? Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The master bedroom offers a king bed and a private en-suite with both a soaking tub and separate shower — your own space to recharge after long park days. The second bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends sharing, while the third features a queen. Each room comes with a desk and TV for flexibility. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower serves the rest of the condo.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan living area gives everyone room to relax, with a comfortable sofa and TV for movie nights or downtime between adventures. The dining table seats six — perfect for family breakfasts or evening card games. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, so you can easily prepare meals and save on dining out.



Outdoor Amenities

Your private balcony has cushioned seating where you can sip morning coffee or unwind after a full day. Down at the clubhouse, two swimming pools await, along with a poolside bar, BBQ pits, a theater room, billiard tables, a kids' splash pool and playground, sports courts, and a two-mile trail circling the lake.

Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected when needed. The in-unit washer and dryer let you pack light and refresh your wardrobe anytime. Free parking is included on-site. Groceries and restaurants are within a five-minute walk, and outlet malls and golf courses are nearby. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day and must cover your full stay — request at least seven days before check-in. The weather and timing affect how warm the water gets, but it's a great option for cooler months.

Other Things to Note:

Pool

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. All the access codes need will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.
