Located on the western end of Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is located in a low-rise oceanfront complex, and is a side unit with great OCEAN VIEWS in an oceanfront complex with oceanfront swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen, flat panel television with DVD player, wireless internet access. Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, central heat and air, deck with seating, ceiling fans, microwave, dishwasher, shared washer dryer in the complex, shared charcoal grill, direct beach access at the complex. Non-smoking and no pets. Bed linens are provided and beds will be made up for your arrival. Towels are not provided.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better beachfront getaway.The condo was spotless upon arrival, and check-in and check-out were completely seamless. Having an east-facing ocean view made for incredible sunrises right from the balcony—easily the highlight of every morning. The property sits in a quiet, very nice neighborhood with direct beach access, making trips down to the sand completely effortless.Between the prime location, cleanliness, and very reasonable pricing, this place is an unbeatable value. We would definitely book here again!

This condo was delightful! Its whole vibe was pure relaxation. We were pleasantly surprised to discover a half-bath that wasn't in the listing. The listing accurately describes the unit as "side facing." This is technically true, but the balcony afforded comfortable seating and fairly expansive views of the ocean. It was the most lovely place to sit when we arrived to unwind from our travels. Bonus: We got to see several deer meandering about twenty feet below us along the mulch path.Bob and Carol were great hosts, and their communications were fantastic. They provided us with everything we needed to get into the condo and to navigate the property. They also sent us the check-out instructions. There was one snag with the Keurig, and Bob was responsive to that feedback.

Excellent beach front condo for our family of 3! We had a perfect long weekend in OIB while we were down for a wedding. Has an excellent view of the beach and sunrise. Easy parking, quiet, and well provisioned. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon :) Thank you!

Enjoyed the stay. Well appointed kitchen, new appliances. Beds were reasonably comfortable. The beach was wonderful and we had easy access. The pool was very nice. Our only criticism is that the living room furniture needed cleaning as did the baseboards in several rooms.

We had a great stay. The parking was very convenient and the view to the ocean was unobstructed and very good. The bed was clean and super comfy. Also the shower was excellent and water temperature was good. It was a very cute and cozy unit and we would stay here again in the future. The area was lovely and the beach nice.

This is my 2nd summer renting this listing. We absolutely love it here. The location is prime. The ocean is just feet away. It’s far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the main part of the island. But still enough kids around for my daughter to find playmates. Parking is always easy. Pool is always clean & never full. Unit is clean & well stocked. The owner is very accessible, accommodating, & very communicative. We absolutely love it here. We look forward to coming back next summer! Thanks for having us!

Great property and location, spotless, great views of the beach from the balcony and couch. The condo is on the third floor (ground level is empty- forgot about being at the beach and having to expect storm surge, so they don't count that as a "floor"). Also, be sure to bring your own bath/hand/face towels as they are not included. Communication with Bob is quick and easy, and the location as I said was fantastic- on the beach, close to stores and lots of places to eat, and a supermarket too. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was lovely—beautiful ocean view (including morning sunrise), great shelling, clean and comfortable condo, and excellent communication with the owner Bob (who was exceptionally responsive to our numerous questions and requests). We’ve stayed at several condos in a variety of locations over the years, and Bob was one of the most accommodating owners to work with—much appreciated. (The cleaning staff even followed up with us to make sure we were happy with their work!) Our family of four, including our two adult children, would love to return here again. Thank you for a beautiful weekend!
