House very well equipped for a great family holiday.
House in solid wood in a wooded setting, near the city center of Mathes and 4.5 km from the beaches, with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 sleeping loft, with bathroom and separate toilet. The first bedroom consists of a double bed and a wardrobe and the second bedroom bunk beds 90 by 200 and a BZ 140 by 190.
In mezzanine the bed is 140 by 190. The kitchen is fully equipped and has many kitchen appliances (plancha raclette mixer etc ..)

The land is 350 square meters and it is closed.

Opposite the terrace, a 1.35m deep semi-buried wooden pool is here to cool off and have fun.
A swing and other outdoor games are present in the garden to the delight of your children.
In front of the house there are 2 parking spaces.

Excellent property, lovely owners

The lodge is in a fantastic position, close to everything. We hired bikes from the end of the road and most days cycled to the beach, easily accessible to La grande Côte beach, La Palmyre centre/beach and zoo , La Coubre beach and lighthouse and st Palaus by cycle routes. Lodge is beautiful, has everything you could ever need , extremely clean and owners are lovely , friendly and helpful. Pool is beautiful as well, perfect size and depth. We have stayed in several properties around the area and this was one of the best . Highly recommend to all.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement et rapidement à notre arrivée, ce qui a tout de suite donné une bonne impression. Le gîte correspond exactement à la description, sans mauvaise surprise. Il est idéal pour 5 personnes : à noter que l’un des couchages se trouve sur la mezzanine (sans porte), ce qui convient très bien pour des enfants ou des personnes ne recherchant pas d’intimité particulière.La cuisine est très bien équipée, on y trouve tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas. L’extérieur est également un vrai atout : piscine, table de ping-pong, trampoline… tout est pensé pour profiter pleinement du séjour et pour que chacun trouve de quoi s’amuser et se détendre.En résumé, une adresse que nous recommandons vivement !

Location au top avec piscine chaude et bien agréable, table de ping pong, tout le confort dans la maison et situation idéale , proche de tous les commerces et pistes cyclables. Excellent accueil de notre hôte, bref une loc que l’on recommande !

Bonjour, Notre séjour c'est très bien passé. Le châlet est super accueillant et vraiment très bien équipé. Le cadre est hyper sympa, au calme, à proximité de beaucoup de jolis coins à visiter. Le contact avec les propriétaires c'est super bien effectué. Je recommande vivement ce logement 🙂

Je remercie Monsieur et Madame BOBIN de nous avoir accueilli dans leur superbe chalet bien équipé. Les enfants ont adoré (table de ping-pong, piscine et trampoline). Le châlet est bien situé, il y a en plus la location vélo juste à côté et donc pleins de pistes cyclables. Je recommande ce petit coin de Paradis !

Sejour très très agreable en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour ,le chalet est spacieux,tres bien équipé. Nous avons profité tous les jours de la piscine ,indispensable au vu des fortes chaleurs que nous avons connu. Un magasin de depanbage a 500 metres et un tres beau super u a 5 kms . Un restaurant a la remblade hyper top ,cabane d hostreiculteur a ne pas manquer La Greve .. Voila bref du bonheur ... N hesitez pas si vous voulez passé de bonnes vacances ...

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE VECU PAR 2 RETRAITES et leur CHIEN

Si vous voulez rencontrez des propriétaires accueillants et disponibles ; être au calme (chalet situé au bout d'une petite impasse) ; profiter du grand air même les jours maussades (grâce à l'immense terrasse protégée) ... n'hésitez pas à réserver "Mélusine". Pour notre part nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour de deux semaines. Nous précisons que notre chien, épagneul du Tibet de 9 kg, n'aboie pas, ne monte ni sur un divan ni sur un lit et faisait ses besoins lors de ses 2 promenades quotidiennes hors de la propriété.

Maison très agréable

La maison est très bien située à 5 mn des pistes cyclables, au calme. Très agreable mais aussi fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. Elle est vraiment adaptée pour une famille notamment avec de jeunes enfants (piscine, trampoline, balançoire, table de ping-pong). Le propriétaire est très facilement joignable et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
