This second-floor condo is completely furnished. The 2 master suites are positioned to the right and left of the living quarters and provide space for privacy. The first suite offers a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet and in-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination, vanity and toilet. The second master furnishes a queen-size bed, TV, walk-in closet and in-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination, vanity and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen offers a large fridge/freezer combo including ice maker, microwave, oven cook-top, double sink and a large counter top. Adjacent to the bar you will find the living room with 2 couches, a chair & 55-flat screen TV. The solarium behind it includes a dining table. The gated community offers a clubhouse, large heated pool, hot tub, gym, air hockey, pool table, library, and several seating areas alongside a BBQ with picnic tables. This gated community is only 15 minutes to Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach and walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants & coffee shops.
