Small charming house in the heart of Pornichet, ideally located you can do everything on foot, beach, downtown, market, restaurant etc.
You will have a large wooden terrace without facing south facing which gives you the sun from morning to evening, a
 Garden table for 8 people with a large umbrella, a small lounge area for drinks and a barbecue gas Weber
This small house has 2 bedrooms attic for 2 sleeping each, you have the possibility of 2 additional beds in the living room with the sofa bed. A bathroom with shower and washing machine, toilet, a fully equipped kitchen except dishwasher and a living room with dining area and lounge with TV

Emplacement idéal (nous sommes venus en train et avons tout fait à pieds),Petite maison parfaitement aménagée pour notre famille de 4,Tout est nickel et parfaitement entretenu,Les chambres a l'étage sont très basses de plafond (nous ne pouvions pas nous tenir debout) et nous y étions pendant la canicule donc nous avons eu chaud la nuit mais dès que les nuits étaient plus fraîches, ça n'a pas été un problème,Les espaces extérieurs sont hyper agréables,Communication avec Véronique très facile et elle a ete très arrangeante concernant les heures d'arrivée et de départ.Allez y sans hésiter !

Véronique s’est montrée très flexible lors de notre arrivée, la maison dépassait largement nos attentes en terme d’équipements (cusiniere au gaz, barbecue, machine à café, table à manger extérieur pour 8 personnes, salon extérieur pour 6 personnes). Le temps de marche vers la plage des libraires était d’environ 5 minutes et vers le marché de Pornichet d’environ 10 minutes. Je recommande vivement de réserver cette maison pour quiconque veut faire un séjour de moyenne durée, nous y avons séjourné 12 jours avec deux enfants de 4 et 7 ans! Que du plaisir!

Das Haus ist gut in Schuss und sehr nützlich eingerichtet. Uns hat besonders die uneinsehbare Terrasse gefallen.

Très bonne location, bien placée dans Pornichet !

Nous avons passe un agréable séjour dans cette location. Très propre, confortable, tout le nécessaire était fourni. Au niveau de la localisation, tout peut se faire sans problème à pied. La communication avec les propriétaires à été excellente. Seul bémol: les chambres à l'étage sont très mansardées ce qui peut être gênant pour les personnes de grande taille. Du coup l'escalier est très abrupte, je ne le conseillerai pas à des enfants en bas âge. Un des stores automatiques étaient également défectueux mais rien de rédhibitoire. Je recommanderai cette location car elle reste très agréable
