Spent three nights there with my family of eight and felt really comfortable in the house. I would say the back porch/deck with the fire pit was the highlight of our stay there, in the evenings it got a little cool and the fire that really took the chill off. The chairs that are provided around the fire pit are very comfortable too.. the location of this home is excellent as it is walkable to downtown and the water.We will definitely plan on staying there again on our next visit to Charlevoix.

Wonderful house-clean and well stocked with the items needed for a comfortable stay. Close to both Castle Farms and downtown Charlevoix. We would definitely recommend this home and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Charlevoix Perfection

Updated, clean home within walking distance to all Charlevoix has to offer. Nothing like watching the sunset and returning home to enjoy a great back deck, cozy gas fireplace and string lighting.

This home is so very close to downtown Charlevoix. The house is exactly as described and in pictures. Erinn was very responsive and willing to work with my family. Highly recommend this home. This was our second time staying here and we hope to again in the future

The property was clean, updated, and included modern high end finishes. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit and sitting are on the bask porch. Perfect for traveling with elderly parents with king ensuite right inside the front door. Communication with owner was outstanding. Highly recommended.

The perfect place

We were traveling in for a family wedding and needed a place that would accommodate 8 family members. I am so glad I chose this rental. We took daily walks into town. Sat out on the large deck with fire pit every night, and the home had all the amenities you could ask for. I would highly recommend this home to stay at And I am so happy we did! It made our visit so enjoyable.

Everything was perfect! House was spotless and the perfect distance for enjoying Applefest with my family but still having some peace and quiet when we wanted it. The backyard fireplace is perfect for evening conversations and stories. The home comfortably slept 5 and provided the perfect weekend getaway. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. I have rented several VRBOs over the years and this is one of the best I have been in. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of room in kitchen, dining area and living area for our group of 5. Enough bedrooms for all which were very comfortable and 3 full baths. Beautiful neighborhood and short walk to downtown. Wonderful back deck with gas firepit and plenty of chairs. All in all a perfect weekend away in a beautiful home.

Best vrbo stay

Fantastic location. Everything was top notch; from the finishes to the conveniences all around the home. Place was immaculate. We’ve stayed in many vrbos throughout the country and this was by far the best. Owner was super responsive with any questions we had. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality rental just steps away from downtown. Super impressed- would def stay here again!

Beautiful home and perfect location

Enjoyed staying at this home. It’s very clean and nicely appointed. All pots, pans are new and in excellent condition. Highly recommend this vacation home. There is even a secret beach area with perfect sunset views that’s walkable.

Wonderful Women’s Weekend

This property was fabulous for our women’s weekend. This home is very well stocked with quality linens and furniture. The house was immaculately clean. There is a great deck on the back, which was wonderful for morning coffee. Close to shopping and restaurants, and just a short drive to Petoskey for more shopping and restaurants. Easy to get to from the Detroit area on major roads. Erin was quick to respond to questions and provide info on the area. We will definitely be back.
