Character house, on a plot of 450m2, close to the beaches of the Comtesse and Casino where the animations are organized in the summer of the station (Place festivals to Artists, Place aux kids) shops, the port and restaurants.

The house is spacious (106 m2), ground floor, ideal for families with elderly or small children, the garden is fully enclosed.
It includes an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, a kitchen, a large living room, a large bathroom, a large vestibule for storing bikes, boards, games ...

The garden includes a terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs, it has a space for 2 cars. Several bicycles are left available.

The beach is within walking distance of the park of the Duchesse Anne.
