THE CONDO - VILLAS at POIPU KAI B110
We recently bought this extravagant 1600 square foot villa located in an upscale private boutique resort with all the amenities. Each of the three bedrooms is very spacious and has a dedicated private bathroom, giving everyone privacy. We fell in love with the high ceilings, spacious floor plan, high-end appliances, regal interior and we hope you will too!

Make yourself at home in the gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertop. Stay cool with central air or open up the folding glass doors to extend the living room outdoors to enjoy the big covered lanai surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

Best of all, there's no missing out on the action. The condo's corner location provides easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and the beach is an easy 5-10 minute walk away. We provide the pool and beach toys so you can focus on the fun!

• Master suite has a king size bed. Master bath has double sink, walk in shower and a separate bath tub
• 2nd bedroom has a king size bed. Private bath has walk in shower
• 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. 3rd private bathroom has a walk in shower

LOCATION
Stroll down the lush greenbelt to Kauai's best beaches (Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach Park and Shipwrecks Beach)
Our condo is part of The Villas at Poipu Kai, a newer boutique resort with a swimming pool, waterfall spa, exercise room, club house and access to tennis courts. Self-parking is complementary. Arrive any time and check-in yourself with the key-less electronic door lock.

There shall be no refunds of rental payments due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions, observation of insects or pests, tenant work demands or family emergencies whether they are inside or outside the State of Hawaii.

We recommend getting Travel Insurance prior to your trip.

You will be given a Rental Agreement to sign summarizing the rental rules after booking.

Our condo gets fully booked in high season, which unfortunately means we cannot offer late check-outs. If your flight leaves late in the evening, allow yourself one extra night.

This was the perfect place for our family group of 6 to spend a week. The location is ideal for walking to Poipu and Brennecke's beaches. The condo had everything we needed and more. Dominika was an excellent host! The only suggestion I have is maybe adding a bookshelf where guests could leave books to read on the beach or the beautiful lanai.

The host, Dominika, was terrific. She was prompt, generous and hospitable. The villa was well equipped with kitchen essentials, plus more, and it was great having access to chairs, a beach mat, boogie boards, etc. Steps away from the pool. An easy walk to beaches. Lovely lanai!

Just completed our weeklong stay, this villa was amazing! Great location with a 5 min walk to the beach. Family thought the pool was one of the best we had ever stayed at, super warm water, great access to the grills, etc. Villa was really spacious, clean, with great access to the pool area. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable. Will look no further than to stay here again on our next visit to Kauai!

Family Vacation

We loved staying at this place for our family's vacation to Kauai. It was very clean, and we felt like the descriptions on the listing were very accurate to what we experienced. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

Exceptional Stay

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The condo was spotless at check in. It was without a doubt the most well equipped place we’ve stay at. We couldn’t get our 3 year old granddaughter out of the pool which was right out the door. It’s just a short walk down to the beach. Our family wants to return next year.

Beautiful

We had 3 adult couples stay at Dominica’s place. It was wonderful, excellent location, easy walk to the beach, right next to the pool!! We hit Costco when we arrived and made a lot of meals at the condo. The grill area was handy. Snorkeling at Poipu beach was great! We would definitely book this place again! Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven!!

Great property for a group / family

We were looking for place with 3+ bedrooms and good classy amenities and this did not disappoint us. It has a great kitchen , uncrowned private pool , close to beach and village . The property owner / manager was very communicative and kind We loved it.

This was one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever stayed at! Ideally located unit: first floor, parking is close by, next to the gym, pool and beach is a short walk. Inside of the unit was immaculate with nice pots and pans and utensils, comfortable beds, clean linen with so much provided from others who left behind essentials such as salt and pepper, plastic wrap, coffee filter, etc. We actually left behind a full bottle of neutrogena sun screen we didn’t use. We will rent this unit again!

Easy and convenient getaway

Our group fit very comfortable in this 3 bedroom. We used the kitchen and grill for several meals. We had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. The owners were very attentive to all of our needs.

Beautiful villa in a great location - we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous villa and will definitely be back next time we are in Hawaii. This villa has it all including all of the necessary amenities and proximity to the beach. The bedrooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds. It was wonderful to have breakfast outdoors on the large lanai and to relax by the pool. The location is great as we could take a short walk over the Greenbelt to the beach Communication with the owners and check-in was easy and smooth. We highly recommend this place!

Family vaca at Poipu

Our stay here was fabulous. Condo was clean, spacious, great location. Only tiny negative, a couple of nights there was no parking. Suggest you have assigned spots. But really loved it and would return and/or recommend to others.

Poipu Beach

The property is located within walking distance of the beach. Beds are comfortable however sheets are micro fibre not cotton therefore very hot feel when sleeping. Property is lower level, very very noisy with tenants in the unit above. Some Kitchen pots are not matched, no lids that fit. Only one beach towel per guest should be at least two. Indicated there was a cooler bag in the unit, there was none, reached out to property manager but got little help in resolving issue. Unit was spacious with a comfortable layout.

Kauai Spring Break Vacay '25

Our stay at this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in Kauai was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the great layout and prime location. The open concept living room and kitchen seamlessly flowed out to a spacious lanai, where we enjoyed morning coffee while soaking in the serene views of the pool area surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant tropical flowers. Though just steps from the pool, the space felt wonderfully private and peaceful, a true oasis. The condo was impeccably equipped for both relaxation and convenience. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up breakfasts and meals, and we loved grilling poolside on the barbecue (a highlight of our evenings!). The added bonus of beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler, made our days at Brennecke’s Beach effortless, just a quick 5-minute stroll away. We spent early mornings bodysurfing there and lazy afternoons lounging by the pool, savoring the perfect balance of adventure and downtime. Location wise, this spot is unbeatable. Nestled in a quiet area yet close to shops and restaurants, it offered the best of both worlds. The combination of modern comforts, tropical charm, and thoughtful amenities from beach towels to cookware made this feel like a home away from home. We’re already dreaming of our next stay here, highly recommend this gem for families, groups, or anyone seeking a tranquil Kauai retreat with all the perks! Mahalo for an unforgettable vacation!

The perfect vacation!

Let me start by saying that we've stayed on Kauai six times over the last few years, north shore and south shore and Dominika's condo is my favorite place we've stayed. Some background: When we first got to Poipu we were initially staying somewhere else. A different condo not too far away. However that place didn't have A/C and while we've stayed on Kauai in places without A/C before, we'd never done in August or with our young daughter. Dominika and her condo ended up being an absolute life saver for us. It's beautiful, spacious with a mix of great indoor and outdoor space. And needless to say, it has A/C. She was so accommodating and made staying at her place seamless. The unit itself is about a 5 minute walk to Poipu baby beach (which is now my favorite Kauai beach, sea turtles and seals everywhere!) and the pool is literally just off the patio. The bedrooms are big and the kitchen/living room has a really nice open floor plan. We had an amazing trip, and the comfort and location of this condo was a big reason why. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay at Sandy Palms Villa

Sandy Palms Villa was the perfect place for our family of five. The kids (and parents!) loved the easy walk down to Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach. It was so nice to have access to multiple beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards - as well as a wagon to haul it all down to the beach! The whole family also took advantage of the beautiful pool and jacuzzi - with access right off our lanai it couldn't have been more convenient. Same with the BBQs - we grilled three of our six nights and each day the property staff had them cleaned and ready to go. My teens also took advantage of the fitness center, and appreciated the ability to work out in the air conditioning! We loved being able to open up nearly the entire wall to the lanai, and enjoy the light breeze coming in. And when it got a little too hot, having the AC was marvelous. The villa was well stocked and we appreciated having the little things - tissues, paper towels, plastic wrap, etc. And there was enough dishware and flatware for the five of us for several meals. The villa is in a very convenient location - walk to the Grand Hyatt and Kalapaki Joe's, short drive to shopping, and easy drives for exploring the whole south side of the island. And the communication from the owner was excellent - timely and thorough. We would definitely stay here again!
