Steps to a 200-foot private beach and heated pool right on the Atlantic! Adjacent to mile long and very secluded Coco Plum Beach. Great for walks along the ocean.

This very quiet, well maintained condo complex is the perfect place to chill! Located on a peaceful strip of Coco Plum Beach in Marathon, Florida Keys, Mile Marker 54.
From this location, it is convenient to Key West and all the Key's activities, water-sports, fishing, restaurants, and sightseeing. Just bring yourselves - everything else is here!

There are 4 marinas within 1/2 a mile of the condo. Marina list available upon request.

We prefer to rent Saturday-to-Saturday, 7 night minimum.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Take ALL trash and recyclables to the dumpsters. Please do not put plastic bags in recycle dumpster
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The pool area is only open to condo guests.
No RV's, boat or any trailers are permitted in the parking lots.
